Early morning clerk does not know how to do his job. I had put in an order to make ready on the app he tried telling me they don't do that here. He has almost no knowledge of how to work a computer constantly tries to over charge because he doesn't know how to locate the proper deal. Extremely poor customer service

Literally the worst experience every time we go here, but today takes the cake. Treating your customers badly because your coffee machine starts spraying coffee everywhere is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My wife was badly burned by hot coffee, and instead of asking if she’s okay, the workers yelled at her and embarrassed her. The woman working here is so rude and unprofessional. Shut down your machines if they aren’t working, don’t put people at risk and then treat them poorly for your mistake.

The owner hides a demon and the people are very annoyingly emotional almost pathetic doesnt exactly hit the target. Joe is a big pile and certainly rude is a word comes to mind. Don't take my words for this keep reading. The 711 by self is okay the management has stick up the rear. If you call this so called business establishment the phone doesn't get answered.

Usually I like this sev I go there everyday.. but there food is getting terrible like its been out all day dark brown, hard pizza looks like it was from the morning or day before tater wedges taste funny like seriously old they shouldn't sell that to customers let alone double almost triple charge for it like people won't know! Very disappointed
