Zions bank will charge you fees that you don't expect without any notification. I have banked with them for 10+ years and recently bought a house. I didn't use Zions for the loan because I am not a satisfied customer at all. They have recently charged me a service fee of $3 for the past few months because I have only had $100 in my savings account. I still use them for all of my direct deposits and have been a loyal customer for years. How do they thank me? Charge me a $3 fee.I now know that I have to have $200 in my savings account so I will be closing that account the next time I visit the bank. If they charge me more un-expected fees I will simply find a new bank to bank with.

I love coming to this branch of Zions Bank! The banker who helped us set up some accounts today, Emma, was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. We enjoy the products offered by Zions Bank and would recommend this branch to any fellow clients.

Couldn’t be happier to leave this bank. They wouldn’t even let me wire money, is that not a standard bank service? I just feel like this company has made it the hardest to use my own money.

ATM ate our card and stole our cash. Customer service was ok but a pain that there isn’t even a number on the ATM to call for things like this.

My son had his card stolen two week’s ago and they still have not sent him a new one. He is losing all his subscriptions and is having major late fees. Very bad customer service!!

I have held off giving a negative review of this branch because I feel bad for the employees who get shuffled around so much that they can't build a relationship with their customers. From all angles, it appears that Zions bank doesn't care about this location. It's Sad! Closed all my accounts and have taken our business banking and personal banking elsewhere.

Worst service I've ender had anywhere in my life. I get no information about my loan and where it is at. I've had to sit in an office for hours to get them to do anything for me. When I asked to talk to the manager I got turned away very risky and was not able to talk to the manager. It's disgusting.

Every time I have to go to the branch, I feel like I need to let people know where I'm going and pack snacks, because I never know how long I'll be there. I was the 2nd car in line today and waited 13 minutes for my turn. I was just there to make a payment and it took almost 10 more minutes once the teller had my payment in hand. Its like everyone that works there is channeling Sid the sloth from the Zootopia DMV.

I went to this branch after accruing almost $100 in fees after a subscription that I thought was cancelled on an old account ended up not being cancelled.

Just got married and tried to make a joint account. Service was awful and after filling out several dozen documents, found out that some had been lost. Went in at 5 to ask about balance and was directed to three different employees who stated they couldn't help. Do not use this branch.

Honestly worst location I've ever been to. Zion's Bank as a whole is great and I've always had great customer service. The bank tellers are amazing (the only reason I didn't give this zero stars is for them!) so of you're withdrawing money it'll be fine, and you'll definitely have a great experience.

The banker couldn't even tell us how long it would take to get to us (as she was helping a couple). She tells the teller from across the room to tell us it was going to be awhile. It was just that one group and us there. Honestly is it that hard to just tell us, hey it will be X amount of time to get to you. She was very dismissive. The tellers are nice though.
