I accidentally left my phone on the back of my truck and drove off. It was slightly ran over when a guy found and returned it to me. I took it in to Mike to see if it was salvageable as the screen, case and camera was all shattered.Zagg’s products held up, and I am happy to report my screen was protected as well as the back of the phone and cameras!!! I would have taken a photo as I can’t believe it survived, but my phone is my camera, so I couldn’t.These guys are always so welcoming and friendly and I’ve used them many times and never had a thing less than 5 star service every time I’ve been there! Thank you for getting me back on my phone today.

Although not an ideal experience, I had a 5-star (10-star if that were an option) experience. Long story short, I needed to replace a cracked screen. When I brought the phone in, I waited while the new screen was installed and even though the ZAGG team tried for a long while, it became clear that the replacement screen was defective. Rather than hide behind that as an excuse, Mike went OUT OF HIS WAY to take care of me and my phone, which is now repaired and good as new. I HIGHLY recommend this shop - ethical, professional, and caring. Andrew was also great to work with for a screen protector. I'm grateful for businesses like this!
