Worts car buying experience iv ever had. Purchased a car was told it would be ready in a day waited 9 days for it to be done. Then when I go to pick it up nobody knew where the car was. I'm writing this review as I wait been here for 20 min still no one knows what's going on.

Hyden Johnson was a joy to work to with in getting my new GR86. He made sure all my questions were taken care of even after my purchase when I had concerns. I drove a couple hours to this location to make this purchase as they didn't try to gouge me on selling over MSRP like the rest of the Toyota dealers in Utah right now. I wouldn't hesitate to drive up again and purchase my wife's next car and will do so. Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Hyden for a good experience.

They told us they could give us so much money for our truck then low balled us 20,000 when the actual offer came about. waste of a drive and the floor ladies know nothing about trucks or vehicles.

Worked with Haydn for a new family van. He showed us all the options and what they meant. Haydn was incredibly knowledgeable with all the features in each model. We looked at many cars and he made test driving very easy. I didn't feel pushed to make a decision at all

We had the best experience at Young Toyota. The staff were so kind and very knowledgeable. Everyone from management down was amazing! They walked us through our different options but didn’t pressure or push us. It was so refreshing after some negative experiences elsewhere. I’ll be back next time I’m in the market for a car.

I had some work done here. They got menin quickly. Great customer service. Abby was helpful and professional. Work was well done and speedy. Didn't try to upsell me other fixes. Would go back again.

Young Toyota of Logan needs to be run out of this valley and a reputable Toyota dealership be brought in. They did the EXACT same thing to my son and his wife. As I came into review Young, I found the below. It is the EXACT same story as my sons. The service department is also a pretty sad story. I have had nothing but bad from these guys over the last 4 years People, drive to SLC to do your Toyota business. The Young Group is a cancer taking over our state. Young Toyota of Logan is the definition of the "Used Car salesman"

"Young Toyota finance manager lied to me and my significant other added over $8000 in packages saying they were standard with all vehicle sales. When I stopped and asked him about the final price. He told us that the final price was with the interest. Not the packages. We ended up getting all but two removed. The two packages that were forced to stay on equaled out to $4000. With a frustrating conversation with the general manager. He contacted my other half and said that he would split the cost, but they had to stay on the contract. We went to the dealership this afternoon to pick up the check. It was only for $450. ultimately, the lack of communication and integrity made it the most aggravating purchase we have ever had. PS Tanner and Jay were great to work with. If anybody from their corporate reaches out to Young Toyota, those two should not get in trouble for anything because they did a good job helping us finding a vehicle my significant other would enjoy."

From my first contact to driving off the lot with my car everyone at Young Toyota provided top notch service. We were buying the car for our college aged daughter and when we came pick it up Tanner took the time to make sure she understood all the features of the car and even checked back in with us a few days later to ensure she didn’t have any questions or concerns. I traveled from out of state to purchase this car and will do it again in the future knowing I can expect the best service possible from the Young Toyota Team.

I had my oil changed at this location in Feb. I no longer have my paperwork from the last oil change. When I called to get the information I needed, two messages in two days were left, and no one called me back. I called again, but the service center was closed. After I told the receptionist I had been waiting for a call back, she just asked for general info from someone. No one took my name or number to confirm what was done in February.
