Steve was an amazing salesman. Not pushy and was knowledgeable and open with all of our questions and concerns. He communicated in a timely fashion by text, phone and in person. We got the car we needed, wanted and now, love. He spent time after the sale helping us set up the app and connecting our devices to the car.

Excellent and kind customer service!I love that they don't try to talk you into getting services done that you don't need. They give recommendations on what should be done down the road. I will definitely be returning!

It was great! The salesman talked to me a bunch over the days while I was working to get the truck and he was trying to get the specific one I wanted and even after he couldn't get the one I wanted he still was very helpful and got me a very nice truck. When I got there to purchase and pickup the truck they had everything ready to go the truck was already washed and freshly tinted, we signed the papers and were on our way.

I'm going to retract my 5 stars and unfortunately have to give 1 star.My vehicle went in for warranty work and they tried charging me for items that they ultimately did not service, remove or touch. The warranty company busted them out over it at which time I was told that it was just a misunderstanding.NO IT WASNT , I asked multiple times about the parts and the cost, no misunderstanding... they tried to rip me off.My hood also recieved a couple large gouges to which I don't even want to try working with them at this point. The next Nissan dealer available to me is in Boise, guess I won't mind the 4 hour drive.

I was told I was fraudulent when trying to check my car out because the mechanic and Reggie did not believe my car issues were related to getting tainted gas in CA. I casually contacted my insurance to see if I had any coverage for this before dropping the car off and I was told yes; but they needed to have the service department mention something about the POSSIBILITY of this being related to that causing the break down. The service desk refused to check me out after I told them I didn’t have time to hash out insurance issues with them. I was paying with my own cash. Reggie said what I was trying to do was fraud when I was just following what the claims department recommended through my insurance. If they didn’t believe that was related, that’s fine, but calling me fraudulent in front of all the people sitting behind the desk and in front of a line of customers behind me is “outstanding” representation for Wilson Motors. Also, The parts that went out in my car are directly related to the O2 delivery/combustion of the fuel. He tried to treat me like an idiot and he said, “The parts that broke are in the front of the engine and the gas goes in the back. It doesn’t even mix with the parts that need to be replaced.”….. The mass air flow sensor and throttle body needed to be replaced. From my understanding, those are part of the fuel combustion process. So tainted fuel could cause the combustion process to fail as we were told by other mechanics from a different dealership. So, my insurance reached out to your service department and Reggie stood by his claims that this was not related. So, if you believe it’s still not related that’s fine. But someone just trying to check out and pay for their car shouldn’t be called a fraud. He directly insulted me and I was humiliated. I asked him several times to just check me out and that I did not need any verbiage added to the mechanic report, since I was a “fraud”. He refused to check me out until he added the verbiage to the receipt that said it could have been related to tainted gas and then when my insurance contacted him he said there is no way there was a connection. This hole experience was totally insulting and made your service department look like a bunch of weasels with zero professional communication abilities.

I took my Focus in with a temp Guage going to hot but after changing the instrument cluster, computer, and water pump they finally found a shorted wire. 1200.00 dollars and several weeks without my car they finally got it fixed. They did supply me with a loaner car.

They took care of the recall and the oil change in one trip. They picked up my vehicle and returned it. I was very busy at the time and appreciated them taking care of my needs. They were friendly and very accommodating.

Steve Allen, came out and met us while looking at some cars. As he talked to us about our needs. He then showed us some options of different cars available. We took a drive and learned more about the car and features.Overall a great experience.

So just adding to my post from 6/28/23. Had a nightmare experience from an oil change/tire rotation. Follow up. I needed new wiper blades and an air filter/cabin filter. Wilson Nissan - $129 for an air filter and cabin filter. Amazon - $30 for booth Wilson Nissan wiper blades - windshield $50 back window $40. Amazon original equipment $25 for all 3. It would be easier to just say you don't want this business vs trying to screw people over. I will only use your dealership for the remainder of my free oil changes with my extended warranty. Nothing more. Stop trying to rip people off.
