Took my car in to my scheduled time on Friday, needed brake pads and rotors replaced, and two warranties done. I was told they didn't have the rotors in stock, and if I could wait until Monday. Monday rolls around and close to closing they ask to push back until Tuesday because the parts just showed up. On Tuesday they tell me that the brakes are fixed, but that they haven't done any of the warranty work while they've had my car for two work days worth of time. So, I'll have to take my car back again when the warranty parts they could/should have ordered Friday show up. Communication and work ethic are not priorities there.

Don’t! Use the service department! They are weasels. Took my car here for yrs and there was always something wrong with the car after simple things like routine maintenance. They broke the latch to my cabin filter so the door wouldn’t stay shut. Almost every oil change they would cram the fuel filter in my car cricked so there were weird noises and multiple times they installed a filter that was damaged from being forced in. Oil leaking all over my garage after an oil change and they didn’t tighten the bolts enough. They also lost my locking lug nut with a tire rotation and played dumb about it. The last and final time I had my car serviced there the front desk guy told me I was fraud for trying to get my insurance to cover some repairs that were covered with my policies. They do not know what they are doing and they will cause damage to your car and cost you way more for repairs!

AVOID USING THE SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!!! I do not usually take the time to write in-depth reviews, but I recently had such a poor experience at the Wilson Motor’s Service Center that I want to help others avoid going through the same thing I did. I bought my truck a while back from Wilson Motor. Early last year, my automatic door locks stopped working. I took my truck into my normal mechanic who told me that there was a problem with the truck’s computer. My mechanic had to replace a faulty Body Control Module (BCM – part of the computer) which could only be reprogrammed at the dealership (Wilson Motor). I took the truck to the dealership and although they charged significantly more than they originally quoted, they reprogrammed the computer and the door locks worked again. Unfortunately a few weeks ago when I went to get an emissions certificate on my truck, there was a VIN mismatch that prevented me from registering my vehicle. What my mechanic found is that the Powertrain Control Module (PCM – also part of the computer), which had not been replaced, had been reprogrammed with the incorrect VIN. When my mechanic and later myself called the Service Center, they would not take responsibility for the error, but they told me to go ahead and bring it in. I asked them if they were going to charge me because it was their mistake, but they dodged the question and would not tell me either way. When I came in, the Parts and Service Director, Chad Ricks, told me that it was a complicated issue, that reprogramming the PCM was not part of the original work order, and that they would charge me to fix the problem. I then requested a copy of the work order (a picture of which I am attaching to this review) and it says, “Program BDM installed by customer – had to reprogram multiple modules plus the BDM and keys – all modules had vin miss match and had to be reprogrammed.” As I mentioned earlier, the PCM which had the VIN mismatch was not replaced and could have only ended up with a different, incorrect VIN as part of the work done by Wilson Motor. Secondly, the work order specifically says that “all modules had vin miss match and had to be reprogrammed,” even though Chad Ricks claims that was not part of previous work done. They refused to take responsibility for their error, and I left without them doing anything to address the problem. I know this is a long review, but these people are either incompetent or dishonest enough that it motivated me to help others avoid the same types of issues.

I took my Focus in with a temp Guage going to hot but after changing the instrument cluster, computer, and water pump they finally found a shorted wire. 1200.00 dollars and several weeks without my car they finally got it fixed. They did supply me with a loaner car.

Great experience till i was out the door. Second i had any issues i was avoided at all cost. Bought a new truck they took in on trade from another dealership that did some faulty work. When i showed up to talk about the problems i was having and some things i had to replace for my safety at the time. The service manager talked down to me and acted like i was calling them a liar and they would never let a truck leave like that. He eventually said he would look into it ant get back to me. After months of trying to get ahold of him nothing came of it. Sad when you spend that kind of money on a new truck just to be treated poorly in the end. Lesson learned theyre just like any other dealership around. In the future if i dont trade or sell the truck in a couple years i will take all my warranty work and service somewhere else with some integrity in their work.

Braden Earl within the Service Department was very helpful and knowledgeable with my car needs. It was a pleasure working with him! I would recommend him to anyone with questions regarding their car.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by this dealership and believe they should take more responsibility for their actions. My mom brought her car in to have the air conditioning fixed. After performing a diagnostic test, they told her that only the cooling fan and another part needed attention. When they completed the repairs and called to let her know, they mentioned that the car wouldn't start and asked if she had experienced any battery issues previously. She confirmed that she hadn't and they let her know they would charge the battery.Upon picking up the car, my uncle was informed that they had jumped it and driven it around for 20 minutes. However, they insisted that she needed a new battery, costing $170, as her current one was allegedly faulty, even though it had never died before. To make matters worse, the service representative claimed to have spoken with my mother about the battery replacement, and that she clearly stated that she would handle it later. This conversation never took place. It is disheartening to feel that female customers are likely being taken advantage of at this dealership, and it raises concerns about their integrity and practices. I would advise anyone I knew to take their vehicle elsewhere.

Needed a truck, Wilson Motors had the truck. I traded in a vehicle, the process was quick and straightforward. Their service department has kept me on the road since purchasing and I’m really happy with this business.

PLEASE GET SECOND OPINION WHENEVER THEY RECOMMEND ANYTHING!I'll start off by saying their customer service is amazing. Everyone who works there is happy, helpful, and kind. I always feel welcome here. It kind of hurts me to leave this review but I cannot be fooled by their charm. I recently lost all trust and faith in these people. I've taken my truck in here multiple times within the past few months for small things such as emissions, a fuse problem, and then a check engine light. Sure, I may be a young female, and I probably look pretty easy to scare, fool, and take advantage of, but I am not d**** After they inspected my car for the check engine light, I received a phone call saying that my car was completely unsafe to drive. My exhaust pipe had broken off which created extreme heat under my car. This caused the wire chassis to melt. First, the entire chassis would have to be replaced, then then the exhaust pipe could be fixed. I was quoted around $2500 and was told my car was not in driving condition since break lights weren't working and driving the car would make the problem worse. Skeptical, I called a different shop down the street and asked if they'd give me a second opinion/quote. I went to Wilson Motor to pick up my car and they were pretty reluctant to let me take it. They kept saying it was a BAD idea to drive it, that it was unsafe, and even illegal (my break lights were out). I stood my ground and asked for my car back. Before even leaving the lot, I checked the break lights and they were working just fine. I drove it to the other shop who called me the next day and told my that the chassis was COMPLETELY FINE, and they only thing they found that needed to be done was replace my tail pipe. This ended up costing around $190. Around 5 months later, I am having absolutely no issues with my car. No electrical issues, no warning lights, NOTHING! Wilson was completely trying to take advantage of me. $2500?! From a college student? Are you serious?

This is our 2nd time buying from Wilson Motors. We have had great experiences both times. We have loved the no-pressure environment and their transparency with us. We worked with Andy who was super helpful! Dave went over the numbers with us and helped us get the best deal and we have no complaints. Thank you Wilson Motors!

I took my vehicle in and they switched an 800 sensor two times and it didnt fix the problem. I finally had to take it to another place to fix it and it was actually the ball joints. I went back and explained to them that the part they sold me wasnt the issue but they wouldnt even talk to me about a refund or even a future credit. they were super nice though as they stole my $800. This is no longer the wilson ford I grew up with. Very sad!

This place made trading in my truck and trading into another truck very easy and simple. The people who helped me like the business rep and Andy were very professional kind and respectful. I had a very positive experience and am happy with my decision to come here today.

Most racist dealership in Cache Valley! My dad needed a new car ASAP we pulled in looking at an SUV and first question the salesman asked is if we had a driver's license! Because we're Mexican, I should've knocked his teeth out!
