I would never open an account with Wells Fargo after the experience I had. I will be filing a complaint. I applied for a credit card two years ago to build my credit and was denied. I received a letter in the mail a month ago stating I was pre approved for the same card. I applied once again.Wells Fargo sent me an email informing me they needed to confirm my income. I called the customer service line and was repeatedly placed on hold before finally reaching someone who said I needed to go to a branch.I visited this branch and was initially impressed by the customer service I received. I was told the income was a formality and that in all likelihood I'd be approved based on my increased income and credit score.I submitted the documents through the branch and attempted to open an account with Wells fargo but was told they didn't have time (40 minutes until closing with no other customer in the bank).I received an email shortly after informing me I was declined. No further information was given regarding the reason I was declined.I have an excellent credit score and my income is solidly above the national average.I now have two credit checks from this bank. Avoid them if at all possible.

I manage apartments and received a check from a tenant who told me it was written in front of a teller at this branch just so that the check was to be filled out correctly. Wells Fargo didn't honor the check and the reason was 'refer to maker'. I spent at minimum an hour attempting to resolve the problem. Including taking the check back to this branch for a replacement cashiers check made to the same entity. Unlike every other bank and credit union I have swapped checks with in the past; Wells Fargo wouldn't replace the check during my visit. I returned the check to my tenant who had to obtain a money order that by the way Wells Fargo charged him for even though as he said "they (Wells Fargo) admitted that it was not my fault" Unfortunately, bounced checks carry fees so if Wells Fargo was indeed culpable then they should have at least not charged my tenant for a money order.

This location is friendly, but as a whole wells Fargo is the worst bank I've ever come across, horrible overcomplicated app, started getting scam calls from impersonating wells Fargo, most customer service over the phone is outsourced to a different country, I closed my accounts in less than 24 hours. That's how bad it is.

I worked with a gentlemen with an amazing beard. It was legendary.Speaking of legendary - I also had to get a cashier’s check and he kindly waived the $10 charge normally associated with it.Thank you to him and the rest of the staff that worked on an early morning weekend this Saturday 9/17/22. I really appreciated it.

Don't know if it's just this branch or if it's just Wellsfargo in general, but I should have to wait 20 minutes past when I set my appointment to speak with someone concerning my account. What the point of making an appointment if the time I set it can't be honored.

WOW! Amazing customer service at this branch! I believe the gentleman I talked to on the phone was ben. He was incredibly helpful with a fraud case I had opened. Huge shoutout to ben. Amazing customer service. Definitely 5 stars.
