If you have Medicare or Medicaid, you have other options!!I was told by BRAG that Walgreens is the only pharmacy that can accept my mom's Medicare/Medicaid. Nearly every single time I've picked up my mom's prescriptions over the past three years I spend about 45-60 minutes going back and forth with their staff about the cost of her prescriptions. Usually I end up having to come back another day. With her coverage it should be at most $4.00ish per prescription, generally they hit me with a cost of over $300 for at least one of them. (She's been on the same meds and insurance for years, so why there's a battle about the cost every single time is beyond me). I get so frustrated about my monthly 1 hour battle with Walgreens that I'm nearly in tears every time I leave. The last time I was there I asked them are they absolutely sure that they are the only pharmacy in our area who can work with Medicare/Medicaid (I've asked many times but always pray for a different answer.) I told them I'd be willing to drive to any pharmacy within a 3 hour radius just to avoid their horrible service (and I meant it!) but they again insisted that they are the only place that can help us.I recently learned that this is NOT TRUE. I was over the moon to learn that we had ANY other option besides Walgreens. I would rather chew off my own arm than come back here for anything.I feel both lied to and incredibly incensed over the nonsense that this pharmacy has put us through. My mom cries nearly every time her meds need refilled because she's so worried she won't get them. The staff is always kind but they've never once got it right for my mom.Frankly I'm sure they're as relieved to be done with me as I am relieved to be done with them though. But as a single adult and caregiver to a sick and elderly parent, I have enough stress to juggle without having to fight for the meds that her life depends on every single month.I pray I never have to come back here for anything.P.S. Dan is adorable and so charming but even his sweet attitude can't redeem this dumpster fire of a pharmacy. I wouldn't wish this level of frustration on my worst enemy.P.S.P.S, Rita with customer service is delightful and was the only person at Walgreens to ever offer any compassion for my situation. Thanks, Rita!

This place is the WORST! Had a prescription called in. Went to pick up. They don’t have it in stock but promised they would have it next day. Go in to pick up. I’m supposed to have started taking. They messed up and didn’t order it to be available for me. Promise to have it tomorrow again. Medication from a pharmacy isn’t something I think should be trusted to idiots that can’t even get an order placed.

I went to Walgreens on June 20 this year and spent my quarterly Medicare money and some additional cash. When I went in for the next quarter, my number showed that the money was already spent at the Logan Walgreens store. This was fraud pure and simple, there was no receipt for what was spent in June bc they didn't charge it until July or someone at the store spent my money. The manager is rude and condescending, the district manger never snswers. In short they provide terrible service and potentially rip off more Medicare than ever. DO MOT SPEND HERE.

The worst! We made an appointment at Walgreens for an immunization. We registered online. We followed directions arriving fifteen minutes before our appointment. We had all of the required paperwork completed in advance. We walked to the counter were told to sit in a waiting area. About forty minutes AFTER our appointment, we were called up to the desk where he proceeded to register us! He apologized recognizing that we had not been properly directed. and said he would get us right in. Then they called in a person who arrived fifteen mintues after us. And then they called in a couple who arrived a half hour after us! At that point we had enough. We told them to cancel our appointment, and we left. Do not expect customer service from Walgreens in Logan! We will not darken their doors again!

This is the most inadequate pharmacy in town. They don't keep enough medication on hand to take care of customers. I submitted a prescription and the app said it was delayed. When I called to inquire about it the "girl" I talked to said it would be ready at 7 pm then later said the medication wouldn't be in for 7-8 weeks! If you don't know what you're talking about STAY OFF THE PHONE!I drove to the store 2 hrs before I was scheduled for surgery to talk to someone. The pharmacist said he would check with "corporate" to get more and call me to update. Of course no call came.Terrible customer service, inadequate supply on hand to handle customer needs, and incompetent people.Talk with your money and tell Walgreen's ??

Recently moved here from SLC and I love how incredibly helpful and kind the staff has been, with getting my family’s prescriptions transferred. The store closes a bit early but even when I pulled up with 2 minutes to spare at closing time, they were kind and willing to help me.

The store itself and the front cashiers are good, but the pharmacy is the worst place. They are so slow. Every pharmacy cashier looks like they don’t want to help the next person and walk back and forth. I’m just in there to pick up a prepaid prescription and it takes 10 minutes to wait in the drive through. And there were NO CARS IN FRONT OF ME! It’s ridiculous and they need a lesson on customer service.

Floor staff very friendly and seems to know their inventory quite well. Pharmacy is very efficient and makes an effort to remember my name. Also very helpful in providing information about Medicare coverage policies.

I just want to say that I think the workers in the pharmacy are doing their absolute best and I've appreciated all their help. But today I was told that something in their system was wrong. I didn't really understand what was wrong but they told me that because of that I could not use my coupon and I would be charged $90 for my prescription when it's normally $35. I just had to pay because they said fixing the problem could take a couple of days and I was completely out of my medicine. I've had trouble getting my medication in the past from this Walgreens and it can be really stressful not knowing if I'll be able to get my medication on time.

When you have chronic pain and are trying to fill a prescription for pain medication the last thing you want to hear is the medication you need is out of stock ...3x's! First time I tried to fill it it was going to be in in 2 days and they had absolutely no pills to offer me. I called 2 days later. Still out of stock oh but this time they had 20 pills but it was going to be 7 days until they were in stock. Funny story. Fast forward to 7 days a head. Checked my app...still out of stock. So I called. Oh they understand my frustration! Here's a clue, no you don't! Unless you are feeling what I am feeling, no you don't. The tech told me just doesn't understand why their supplier isn't sending them what they need. Funny thing I called Maceys, Costco and Smiths everyone else seems to have the medication in stock. Is that weird or what?! Walgreens you need to get a new supplier. Guess who's moving their prescriptions? This lady! It breaks my heart. We were with Maceys for years. We wouldn't have switched if it weren't for insurance issues. Just say no to Walgreens!UPDATE: Had my script called into Macy's where it was filled in 20 mins. Amazing isn't and worth paying out of pocket expense. Thank you Macy's for prompt service!

They rarely have the proper amout of medication needed to fill prescriptions. They are always short. Even when it is a monthly recurring prescription. Throws off my daily meds and treatments. They act like it my problem and it does not matter when you try to explain it to them. Everytime I fill a prescription. There is a problem. I am taking my business elsewhere.
