Why do these people even have a job if all they do is tell you to leave and please call customer service. I needed two lines transferred from an existing account into a new account. After being told to go do that on my own by calling customer service, I spent 2 hours (4 customer service calls, two online chats with representatives and 2 failed transfer pins) to finally figure out how to do that... So frustrated, terrible experience.

I’m honestly really disappointed. I’ve normally had great experiences here, but this time not so much. I had to upgrade my phone my old one started glitching, freezing, and I was out of storage. I just wanted to upgrade to a 14, but was pushed into the 15 since it was the release day. The lady who “helped” me was rude and short with me. I get that it was busy and y’all were packed but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude to me. I came in knowing what I wanted and had back up plans in case you didn’t have what I wanted in stock. The lady pushed me into the 15 as I stated above, and proceeded to be short with me if I asked any questions. Once we were sitting down and getting the new phone set up she sighed and told me to just take the old one home with me and make the transfer myself and then mail it in. She didn’t provide a shipping label or anything so not really sure how she expected me to do that. I’m a mom of a 1 year old who works full time and lives 30 minutes away from this location. It’s not exactly easy to find the time to drive up there and get things cleared up. I tried to turn my phone in at another location during my lunch break but couldn’t since this location started the transaction. Now I’m being charged the full fee for my new phone since I wasn’t able to turn in the old one. I’m beyond frustrated at this point.

We had a great experience getting phone upgrades with Alex and Ammon!!! We weren’t expecting the deals we were able to get! Surprised and delighted!!! I enjoyed the workers being kind and helpful. Thanks Verizon!

I had the worst experience ever. They were rude, talked down to me, wouldn't help and instead just gave me a card to call a 1-800 Verizon number for help. I have never had to call the same company for help when I am literally in the store. After being no help, I tried to purchase a new phone for my new line I just activated on Verizon "over the phone with no help from the people in this office". They tried to upsell me with accessories and warranties. They forced me into a warranty by saying, "Everyone gets a warranty for the first two months." I also walked out of the store without my phone being activated because he had no interest in activating. I had to call Verizon once again from home to get it activated later. I recommend you go to the South Verizon store in South Logan. They were so friendly and helped with everything.

I don’t know what magic these workers know here - but they got me an awesome upgrade deal that I couldn’t find myself online. Worth it to go in and talk to them. It does get super busy after standard work hours so I recommend dropping by during the day!

Sydney was amazing! So helpful and patient with explaining the process of switching my phone. She made me feel very valued. I definitely would go back and make sure she waited on me! Thank you, Sydney!!

Stopped in to update my wife's IPad. Salesman was more concerned with his smart phone than helping me choose a new iPad. I asked him to focus on me and he yells at me asking me if I had a problem. I said I do and it was you the Salesman and I walked out. Went to Best Buy and had a fantastic experience with them. I have been with Verizon since it acquired Airtouch. I have never had such poor service. Do not shop here for any reason.

After months of being promised a promotion and it never showing up I am exhausted and feel completely betrayed. I was talked into a deal that even after I went in again on multiple occasions due to it never showing up and me owing way more than promised, I have given up and will never trust their promised quotes again. I'm beyond frustrated at their lack of knowledge and failure to follow through.

Terrible! Went in for a phone upgrade and left very disappointed. I asked about 3 basic questions before settling on a phone and Brandon gave VERY basic answers, upon bringing me the phone he would not give me any information on transferring to my new phone without paying them to do it for me (As he chuckled at me for even asking), I left without a phone, but a great desire to find a new provider. Thank you Brandon for you incredible LACK of customer service.

I've been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years and this is the best location I've been to. Ask for Garrett or Sydney. They are fun, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I experienced no wait and got my screen protector replaced under warranty with perfect alignment and no dust underneath.

I have never received such poor customer service as I did with Sydney. She seemed so annoyed for the simplest questions. Getting a new phone should be exciting, however her attitude changed our minds quickly and we left. There are several reviews on her poor customer service and it sounds like negative reviews don’t change anything.
