Awful customer service overall. In particular, Jason was very frustrating to work with. He was assigned to me on two different occasions and both times he was unhelpful and unfriendly. I tried to set up a watch, which was done incorrectly the first time. I came back and another rep actually tried to help and called Verizon tech support but that rep told me to come back into the store if tech support couldn’t help. I came back and had to work with Jason who was super bugged that I came in instead of me just working with tech support. He refused to find out why I was told come back to store, nor would he take the time to look up the ticket or the notes. Just kept asking, “what do you want to do boss?”. What I wanted was for my device to be fixed but Jason didn’t really want to have to work while he was clocked in. So now I need to go spend hours on tech support. Moral of the story, just don’t go into the store, it’s a waste of time.

I walked in with my phone that had malfuncitoned. (not accidental damage) they sent me home to file a claim online. I had to come back because they gave me instructions for an insurance claim (accidental damage) instead of a warranty claim. A middle aged verizon employee told me to run over to the apple dealer to see if they could turn it on. The apple dealer was closed so I came back. They told me they could not do anything since we could not access the find my iphone feature since the phone was broken. (A family member of mine had this same situation a few months prior and the verizon employees helped her figure out how to turn that feature off even though the phone was completely broken). I grabbed an old phone of mine from home that still functioned and came back to ask if I could trade it in for a new phone instead of worrying about the warranty. The middle aged verizon employee said "I am not going to do that since we close in 5 minutes" (I was just asking for a quote.) Very disappointed in the runaround they gave me until it was too late to do anything.

Why do these people even have a job if all they do is tell you to leave and please call customer service. I needed two lines transferred from an existing account into a new account. After being told to go do that on my own by calling customer service, I spent 2 hours (4 customer service calls, two online chats with representatives and 2 failed transfer pins) to finally figure out how to do that... So frustrated, terrible experience.

I’m honestly really disappointed. I’ve normally had great experiences here, but this time not so much. I had to upgrade my phone my old one started glitching, freezing, and I was out of storage. I just wanted to upgrade to a 14, but was pushed into the 15 since it was the release day. The lady who “helped” me was rude and short with me. I get that it was busy and y’all were packed but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude to me. I came in knowing what I wanted and had back up plans in case you didn’t have what I wanted in stock. The lady pushed me into the 15 as I stated above, and proceeded to be short with me if I asked any questions. Once we were sitting down and getting the new phone set up she sighed and told me to just take the old one home with me and make the transfer myself and then mail it in. She didn’t provide a shipping label or anything so not really sure how she expected me to do that. I’m a mom of a 1 year old who works full time and lives 30 minutes away from this location. It’s not exactly easy to find the time to drive up there and get things cleared up. I tried to turn my phone in at another location during my lunch break but couldn’t since this location started the transaction. Now I’m being charged the full fee for my new phone since I wasn’t able to turn in the old one. I’m beyond frustrated at this point.

We had a great experience getting phone upgrades with Alex and Ammon!!! We weren’t expecting the deals we were able to get! Surprised and delighted!!! I enjoyed the workers being kind and helpful. Thanks Verizon!

Customer service at this location is execrable! Family drove 50 miles to transfer lines that I’ve had for 20 years. Instead was given a card with a number to call, as at least 7 employees were just standing around. After 20 years with Verizon I’m done, and will never return.

I had the worst experience ever. They were rude, talked down to me, wouldn't help and instead just gave me a card to call a 1-800 Verizon number for help. I have never had to call the same company for help when I am literally in the store. After being no help, I tried to purchase a new phone for my new line I just activated on Verizon "over the phone with no help from the people in this office". They tried to upsell me with accessories and warranties. They forced me into a warranty by saying, "Everyone gets a warranty for the first two months." I also walked out of the store without my phone being activated because he had no interest in activating. I had to call Verizon once again from home to get it activated later. I recommend you go to the South Verizon store in South Logan. They were so friendly and helped with everything.

I don’t know what magic these workers know here - but they got me an awesome upgrade deal that I couldn’t find myself online. Worth it to go in and talk to them. It does get super busy after standard work hours so I recommend dropping by during the day!

The worst service every on in the store was rude and telling me different things I talked to to associates and neither helped me I ended up returning the phone and will not be back
