I had a WONDERFUL experience at this True Value. After many unsuccessful trips to stores (both locally and in Salt Lake) looking for help with a plumbing project for my converted Sprinter Van, I decided to give True Value a try. My project was niche and a bit tedious, but Dennis and Lindsay spent nearly TWO hours fitting my parts and helping me install the system. I appreciated them going beyond their typical duties to help me and totally recommend this True Value! Thank you, Dennis and Lindsay! (My trip to Moab went great ;) )

I had been to 2 other stores and tried to order the correct part online with no success. I spent 5 minutes with an associate and she fitted me with the correct part. Super helpful and knowledgeable!

Home Depot had galvanized nipples in 6 in, 8 in, 10 in, and 12 in. Standard had every inch in between. Wish I would have gone there first, instead of trying to "make things work." They also had a good selection for a medium sized hardware store. Their prices weren't as bad as the majority of small hardware stores. It's a shorter drive than Lowes and Home Depot. I'll be going back.

I like to support local, and I like that they are close to home. We have been a handful of times since they opened and 4/5 times we have had issues with the paint counter.All employees should be trained on the machine or there needs to be one highly trained paint mixer available all hours of operation in my opinion. I am very patient by nature, and understand when someone takes a few extra minutes to mix paint, but this store seems to struggle.

customer service? I walked in never been here looked for the paint. I saw 2 guys at front register who liked at me and said nothing. I found the paint grabbed it, walked to the front of that counter so they wouldsee me. I stood at the desk waiting for people to help. I waited 2-3 min while they had a causal conversation. i walked over and asked for help. Only 1 person in the store who can mix it. They mixed it i paid for it, took it to my car and remembered something else I wanted to look at. Walked past the same people and more , i didn't know where the items were. Still no one asked if the could help..Not going back

Austin there was great to work with. Very helpful and when not everything fit into my pickup truck, he jumped in the company truck and helped get stuff to my house. Thanks guys!
