Dishonest. I had a written offer from the bank. Truck Ranch changed the terms when I was ready to pick up my truck with asking for more money. They felt it was a good way to try to make an extra $1,000. It didn't work. I found another dealer that was honest with me instead. It seems they can afford bad ratings as long as there is profit in it.
