These guys were amazing! I brought my Polaris Slingshot in for some repairs and they were super helpful and friendly. They even went above and beyond and washed and waxed it and checked my tire pressure and got that where it needed to be. ???

Made appointment that was was two weeks out. The motorcycle was checked in on time. Waited, waited and waited for them to communicate.. Nothing happened.Made several inquiries and got nothing.Weird and strange place.Took the bike back after several days of this nightmare and got it fixed at another shop.

I recently had Torque install tires on my Harley, I worked with Becky the entire time and she was so helpful! My tires were an odd size and she had to really do some digging to find them and get them ordered in, she did the work and made sure to find me the best deal she could. She listened to everything I had to say and was wonderful to work with. Plus it was great being able to talk with a another woman! She was awesome! I definitely recommend taking your business to them!

Stopped by to have my tire repaired for my Goldwing. Tire couldn't be fixed so had to get a new tire. They were so good to work with and fast. Becky in the office was so kind and helpful with billing etc. The technicians were very knowledgeable. I appreciated the work they did. Highly recommended. I will return if I need work done again.

I needed a complete engine rebuild done on ktm 150. In the middle of them working on the bike they had some Mechanics go to other jobs and were short handed. But they were still able to work through it and get my sons bike done in time for our trip. Knowledge staff and nice to work with. Thanks

Needed the spider broken loose on my snowmobile clutch and they helped me on the spot! Had my clutch apart in just a few minutes. Both the receptionist and the mechanic were super helpful and friendly and gave me tips on rebuilding my clutch. These guys are great and I will definitely be visiting them again when the need arises.

I was referred back in Aug., wanted to get a jump on carb work on a Skidoo. They said they were to busy, took my number and said they would call back in Oct. By Nov. 1 I called and they said they had been busy but to bring it in. I delivered it mid Nov. in mid Dec. I called and they finally sent me a bid by Dec. 20th.At this point I no longer needed the machine, and the bid was extreme for what I wanted done back in Aug. On Dec. 23 I received a diagnose bill then another on the 27th for more than double that. I went in to pay and pick my machine up and asked for a breakdown of why so much to diagnose. That made the lady very mad and it went down hill from there. She even showed me a stack of work orders from the spring that were not done and talked about loosing a mechanic. All I wanted was a pre-season carb work and ended up with a disaster. After 4.5 months of waiting didn't even get to find out if their work was good or not.The loading and unloading guys were very nice.

Torque is the best power sports shop in the valley. They helped me out in a pinch and could not have provided better customer service and all around help. 5 stars for service and pricing.

These guys saved me a ton. I was in a cross country trip on my adv bike and had a bent rim. They saved the day! As soon as I pulled in their lot they were ready to help me out and got me back in the road in less than 30 minutes. I can't thank them enough!
