Tire Guru has been patient with us as we've tried to transition our point of sale software a few different times, then finally got it started. Our business is in a special niche of government contracts and national accounts, with multiple locations, and Tire Guru can handle all of that. Tire Guru understands that transitions are always a process, and they don't always happen overnight. Their customer support is helpful and responsive. If you're new to the automotive industry, begin your business in Tire Guru from the start. If you're in QuickBooks or something similar, you won't regret making a move, as the software is super beefy and can do so much for your business!

I have to scroll past "leave a review" every time I log in. It irritates me to no end. so I'm leaving a review. Another issue is when you log in and an ad pops up for their other services, when you click never show this message again, it still does the next time I log in....

We recently made the change to Tire Guru and I wish I had stayed with my antiqued system. I have found the tire guru team to be unresponsive and the system not at all what the demo promised. We are 10 days into our go live period and still nothing works forcing us to use two systems while they finish work promised a month ago. I would not recommend this platform to any tire dealer.

We just switched over to the Tire Guru shop management system and a Tire Guru website. We worked with Fawn and Cody. They were both fantastic. Thorough. Professional. Fast to react to any issue. Very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Worst customer service ever, my family member has this software and recommended it to me. I contacted them they called me setup demo appointment, demo time comes and goes no contact about why it didn't happen or reschedule or anything. I contact them again letting them know about it, auto response was someone will be in touch, waited days no contact call finally decided to call them this person named "Alex" picks up like someone picks up their home with with just hello so I'm like is this Tire Guru and he's like yes, I ask for supervisor and told they all at meeting, ask when available was given afternoon then ask for "Alex" last name got just Alex and he hangs up the phone. What kind of business is this, is this just with me?
