Jean helped me schedule an appointment to have a fridge serviced. While they couldn't do much to save it (super old), they were responsive and quick to come out and diagnose the issue.

Never fixed the refrigerator I paid for within 1 week it broke and they never came out to fix it, I’m still within a 90 day warranty waste of 600 dollars, filling a complaint with bbb , sos, cfpb

This THE single best place to buy quality appliance and lighting fixtures. Today, Gene helped us with the purchase of a new Washer/Dryer. He has forgotten more about appliances than all othe helpers at the other stores know combined.FANTASTIC teacher and educator on the details if you want them. Super helpful and patient.

We have been very pleased working with the staff . When building our house, we ordered the lights through Thomson. I could go to their website and find what I wanted after finding it on Google searches. In all cases, the lights were cheaper at Thomson's and shipped free to Thomson's. Gene rewired 3 old fixtures for us at a very reasonable price. We had questions on wiring fans with universal remotes and they researched it and were able to walk us and our electrician through the process. They keep records of what light bulbs we used which makes replacing them easy. Very pleased with them.

Incredible selection of very high quality lighting and appliances at a number of different price points. You can see all sorts of different lights on display in the store or order in countless others. Their service is unmatched whether you're buying one light or choosing lighting and appliances for a whole new home. They have a better selection and always more personalized service than the big box stores. Definately check them out if you're looking for lights or appliances.

these guys are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. I've been here many times. I find that their selection competes with online selections but you actually get to see what you are buying in person and the guys here will help direct you.

We bought all our appliances and lighting from Thomsons. They are second to none for customer service. We have referred several friends to them and they all say the same...best in customer service. They go the extra mile in helping find the appliances you need. Big box stores might be a little cheaper, but it isn't worth spending less when you get so much more from people who are there to serve you.
