These flowers were delivered 9 days ago. They still look great!!I called to ask why ??? I was told they:-toss out everything 1 x a week and start with new fresh flowers-give the flowers a special food-disinfect everything every few days-are a 40 year old business (present owner of 17 years - "Katie")-have a very loyal customer base-guarantee their flowersFirst trip to deliver - I didn't hear the doorbellSecond trip to deliver, next day, brought a new fresh bouquetThank you !!

I’m sorry to say we should have read reviews before ordering. My daughter was very over charged for what was given. Most of what was in the arrangement was filler and greenery. Please don’t take advantage, the price paid should have included bigger flowers and less leaves.

I placed an order of flowers for my nieces 17th birthday. The flowers weren’t awesome sauce after being delivered. I contacted the shop and sent them videos and images and they were great to work with and admitted the quality wasn’t up to their typical standards. So grateful for their awesome customer service and willingness to help!

Prices are a little steep but you can't argue with the results. I was really disappointed today when I went to Macy's and the insisted on selling me flowers that were not fresh, that were withered and dying. I came to the flower shoppe instead, and not only did I receive great service, but the flowers were truly excellent.

Stoped off to get some flowers for my Daughter who just had a baby. Had them delivered. They delivered late in the evening and not what we were thinking. Pretty small bunch of flowers for $65. I would recommend seeing what your getting . Our mistake for trusting them.

Feel ripped off by this place. I asked for a poinsettia, that I was willing to spend $50. Frankly I could have gone to any Kroger franchise (Smith's) and gotten the same thing for $19.95. I think I was taken advantage of because I am from out of state. Service might have been different had I been there in person. Did they think I wouldn't get a photo?
