John was most unhelpful with poor customer service skills. My husband and I left and called the corporate office for help. Marie at the corporate office had the best customer service! I do not recommend the N. Logan location and will always go to the S. Location in the future.

So a couple of months ago my oldest son little brother damaged his phone. So, me thinking I had insurance. I filed a claim with T-Mobile they charged me 80 dollar for his new. They never told me I would have to return the damage phone. Three months later the charge me 100 on the new phone. So they pretty much charged three times for the same phone? Make it make sense T-Mobile. This the worst company you can get a cell phone with so if your in the mood to be robbed. T-Mobile is the company for you. T-Mobile you suck.

Paulina Hubbard helped me. I was super impressed with her kindness and helpfulness! I forgot an essential password. She helped me reset my phone so I could get everything transferred to my new phone. I had to come back the next day. I was grateful that she followed through with me to get everything set up. She has excellent customer service skills! She is the type of person I would want to help me wherever I go! Thanks for being so awesome!

I am not very technically savvy with my iPhone or computers. I went to our nearest T-Mobile store in Logan, UT today to seek help. Boston immediately provided expert help in downloading photos on iCloud to my backup external drive. I cannot thank Boston enough for his patience and persistence in seeing the task through to completion and instructing me how to do it. Thanks Boston for your phenomenal help and going above and beyond the call of duty!!!

The representatives that I interacted with were the rudest! I'm sure that this isn't all of the team that works at this store, but I had an absolutely horrible experience. I went in to upgrade my phone, and was told different stories about why I couldn't upgrade at the rate I was told. When I explained that I had spoken to another location in a different city to make sure that I could upgrade at a certain price, the two representatives that I spoke to said that they "didn't know what to say" and that they were "right and you're wrong". I even had that other location on a call so we could figure everything out. In addition, I was the only customer in the store, and as we were trying to figure everything out, the guy I spoke to was belligerent and rude. He kept looking at the other employees, who were all sat at the table in the right end of the store. He made rude comments like "That's what I told you before". Even if this was a misunderstanding, I'd be more accepting of just upgrading at whatever price he had told me. But he was so rude that I will be filling an EEO complaint with their corporate office. The other store that was on the phone call later told me that the employee I spoke to in Logan simply didn't know what he was talking about. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and apologised as I was leaving if anything came off as rude. However, I decided to go to a different store out of Cache Valley, and they gave me the same price (which was only paying the tax and activation fee) that I was originally quoted by the first store I had spoken with. As somebody who previously worked in a fast-paced and heavily customer-facing environment, and who now works in HR, it's not hard to simply be courteous. I've worked shifts where the only thing you want to do is scream at every customer, but it was never impossible to just put on that brave face and work through it. I wish I could have just had a tolerable experience, at least. But just go to the Ogden store. They are a million times more pleasurable to work with, are more than willing to answer your question, are approachable, and don't make you feel like you should high-tail it out of there!

2 hour wait times and they can't even get the phone I want to buy. Seemed to have struck out helping half the people in front of me as well and they don't seem to care.

Tanner is AMAZING!! I went in with my partner to combine phone plans and it was the most seamless transition. He was extremely professional and worked hard to ensure that we understood all of our options and helped pick the best choice with us. Great person who I genuinely enjoyed working with, I would most definitely go back to this Tmobile to have Tanner help us out.

I went in and tried getting help with my phone and looking into upgrading. A girl I think named Avery attempted to help but she was clueless and spent forever running around asking everyone for help until I just asked for someone else. The other person was super helpful and got me in and out in like 10 minutes. Sad I had to get 45 minutes wasted before getting a good employee.

Finally got excellent customer service with employee John. He knocked it out of the park, very knowledgeable, clear and verbal with options that could work for me. Great job john!
