I stayed at this hotel in September and the visit was fine. However on 10.18.23 the owner/manager Jose called me and asked me if I had given a bad review or had a concern with their hotel. I told him I did not give a bad review or complain about anything. That night I got a notice that my credit card had been charged 60.00 by the hotel. I have called 4 times and asked why I was charged. One employee suggested it was because I had a pet. I don't own a pet. She told me she would forward the message to Jose. Today I called again and was told that they had given Jose my message every time. He has not called me back.

I didn't have any problems with the room its self. its exactly what you would expect for this type of hotel. the reason for the 1 star is that they charged my account an extra $100 and then would never answer their phone. I was forced to dispute this with my credit card.

This hotel, for the high price, is VERY run down. We were told that the room we got was a little more run down as it is one they rent regularly for dog/ pet owners. Why am I paying $20/night/dog? The carpet is disgusting. We haven't slept yet. The bed is definitely firm. Hopefully, it's comfortable.

Not sure if it was throw up or dog poo on the carpet. The shower had mold. The bathroom vent was dangling. It was not even vacuumed. The room was generally in disrepair. Talked to the nice lady at the counter. She apologized and said they were fully booked. No option to clean it up.Rooms: Nasty

Stayed during the road trip on I15. Their large pool and spa are fully functional - as good as ones in upscale hotel. In the safe neighborhood. Breakfast was less than minimal (don't expect to get decently fed), which is okay given the price.

Ugh, where to begin?We stayed for 4 nights.Room was your typical rundown, outdated hotel room. Complete with dried cum stains on the floor and the complementary broken fan in the bathroom.Next was the continental breakfast. Same thing every day. You can only eat waffles so many times a week.Room service? What room service? In the 4 days we stayed here no one ever came up to make our bed or empty the trash. When I asked about some new towels I was told that I needed to bring my dirty towels down to the front desk first. I was told that they only do room service 2 times a week. That must be Monday and Saturday because we never had any.On 2 separate occasions we went to the front desk. One was to ask for more towels which must be in short demand and the other was to check out. Both times no one was to be found.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hole as I'm sure there are better options out there.

If I could rate zero stars I would! This had to be the worst motel I have ever set foot in (and let me tell you I have stayed in some dives). They have shoddy wiring everywhere with proof by the motel cealing fans catching on fire on the third floor and causing evacuations. They would only honor one of two room reservations and have refused to refund the other room charge. Which was requested after the second reservation wasn't honored, and the AC unit in the paid room was broken. Staff were extremely rood and critical of us as well as other guests that were reentering rooms after the evacuation. We left, La Quinta right next door was a much better set up!! I will never do business with a super 8 motel again, I would rather sleep on the road side!!!P.S. they either don't care to get all patrons evacuated, or they false advertise room availability online. Even with only one guest per room there were not enough evacuees for there to have only been one room available

This hotel is disgusting! Stayed 9/3/23. We had a non-smoking room, but the room reaked of cigarette smoke. Everything was filthy and dirty except the sheets appeared washed (thank goodness)! The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. They have no elevator, so if you have an injury or reason you can't do stairs, good luck. They did attempt a small accommodation in the way of the second floor instead of third.Rooms: Gross

I’m stuck here check in late last night and seen several bed bugs told the front desk. He was a douche and acted like nothing.I told him to come look for himself. He moved us rooms and we still couldn’t sleep. He told me in the morning the manager would be in at 7 and I would get a refund. Now they are saying we need a specialist to look to make sure. I have never seen a bed bug in person till today. I googled it and it was the exact picture.I wasn’t going to say anything but the rudeness from them is unreal. Update: Still fighting for my refund. I was booked for 2. After the bed bugs I called Corporate they told me to turn my key in and I would get a refund. Never seen it and the manager told corporate she issued me one.I am doing a dispute through my bank and they hotel is saying they gave it to me. Every time I have called to talk to the manager apparently she is never at work. I should not have to pay for a day I did not stay. I still think I should not the day I laid with bed bugs. I will keep calling until I get my money back. Don’t waste your time staying the worst experience I have ever had ever. This is my last update this all happened back in march they never helped me corporate or the actual site. I had to do a dispute through my bank and I got my money back July the 10th. They manager told corporate she gave me the refund and they closed my case no questions. You as the owner I know read these comments you should have them do better.

This motel is average. The place smelled bad like cigarette smoke even though it was a no smoking section. Also the third party failed to put up all info about the pet policy. We didn't know about the $20 fee for my dog. That is important info to post on a website. The continental breakfast was nice. Would not go back. The front desk lady needs better customer service skills and a vacation ?.

Extremely hard mattresses. Ice machine broken. Water dispenser broken (in the middle of a heat wave). Customer service could care less about having no working services. For their "complimentary" breakfast you have 2 choices, waffles, or cereal without any milk.Carpets in our room were filthy, and AC would shut of every 5 minutes for 5 minutes. Impossible to sleep with that & hard mattresses.

Disappointing Experience at Super 8 Hotel in Logan, UtahI recently had the opportunity to stay at the Super 8 hotel in Logan, Utah, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. From the frustrating check-in encounter to the numerous maintenance issues, this hotel left a lot to be desired.Upon arriving at the hotel, I requested an early check-in, but the employee's response was unwelcoming and short. She seemed frustrated and informed me that all the rooms were dirty until 3pm. Her rigid insistence that no rooms would be clean until the exact designated time was disheartening.Later in the evening, when we returned to check-in at around 5pm, I was surprised to find a completely different attitude from the employee. She was actually friendly, which contrasted sharply with my initial encounter. While it's good that her demeanor improved, consistency in customer service is essential for a pleasant experience.The room itself had several maintenance issues. The electrical outlets were broken, making it difficult to charge my phone and computer. The desk chair was also broken, which compromised comfort and functionality. Moreover, the shower curtain rod was falling, and the furniture showed signs of damage. The chair and ottoman appeared dirty, creating an uninviting atmosphere. Additionally, there was a persistent and peculiar smell throughout the hotel, which was rather off-putting.Furthermore, the room had odd yellow spots on the bathroom ceiling, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Although the AC worked well, it emitted an excessive amount of noise, which disrupted relaxation. The thin walls failed to provide sufficient soundproofing, as neighboring activities were easily heard, further diminishing the overall tranquility.Another aspect that disappointed me was the state of the hotel's breakfast options. The limited choices comprised waffles, toast, oatmeal, or cold cereal. Unfortunately, there were no healthier alternatives available, which is essential for those seeking nutritious options.In summary, my stay at the Super 8 hotel in Logan, Utah, was marred by a frustrating check-in experience, multiple maintenance issues, a peculiar smell, and inadequate breakfast choices. While the employee's attitude improved later, it did not make up for the initial poor service. Given the state of the facilities and amenities, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others.

First of all I don't know why this one gets bad reviews. I had to stay in this super 8 for 2 to 3 months or so or I would have been homeless. The nice manager Shirley is so awesome and has great people skills. She was so helpful. Other staff bended over backwards for me. I worked before the breakfast room open but sometimes they let me get juice out of their or get coffee for me. Rooms awesome! mirror nice picture's on wall!!!! Great bathroom nice bed! A fridge and nice furniture. I love this place! Hot tub and pool are the bomb and the TV stations awesome!
