Went to pick up my prescription and it wasn't ready. I was told to come back in 3 and 1/2 hours. Had to make an extra trip to town later in the day which was inconvenient and with high gas prices, very expensive. Totally not impressed.

i came to this pharmacy because i hated my old one and it had great reviews.it was SO slow. they act like they have no idea how to fill my accutane prescription even though i come here monthly. and i really want to like these guys but i just have not had a good experience here at all. sat at the drive up line for at least 30 minutes each time while they tried to find the prescription on file and it was just very frustrating. disappointed.

The staff is nice and they are quick. But they need to fix how they run and communicate insurance problems.

I cannot tell you how grateful I am for Spence's pharmacy. I have a very sick son on a lot of very expensive medications and Spence's has taken my case and made so it so I can financially afford my son's medications. Judith, is an absolute lifesaver. She has found every possible solution to help us and we are so grateful. She deserves a raise....Judith is the Queen of pharmacy!! Thanks Spence's!!!

Haven’t used Spence’s before and previously went to a different pharmacy. My previous pharmacy was unable to get my injections said I would have to wait 3 weeks. I took a chance on Spence’s and they had my injections and were great to deal with. Very fast, great & kind employees and not costly at all. Highly recommend!!

I've been with Spences since we moved here 3 years ago. It's a compounding pharmacy and was the only place that had the only helpful nausea medicine during my pregnancy. Always friendly, I've never waited super long for anything. Knowledgeable.

I switched over to Spence pharmacy about 4 months ago when IHC closed all of the pharmacies in their clinics and hospitals. My doctors office sent everything over. I loved the convenience of the drive through and everyone was really friendly.About a month ago I went to refill my 3 month supply of antidepressants/anti anxiety medication. I used their automated system on their voicemail. I submitted the refill request. The automated system responded with “your refill request for trazadone has been submitted”. So I checked my bottle and it said my correct medication on the bottle. And I instantly panicked. So I looked up what trazadone pills looked like. Sure enough I had a 3 month supply of trazadone a sedative. The pills look just like my correct medication but have different lettering. Same shape. Same size. It was around 11pm so I called first thing in the morning to ask the pharmacist about the issue. She apologized and offered a free refill but told me that I had nothing to be concerned about. What?! I have been taking my (as my correct medication was prescribed) 4 sedatives a day for 3 months. The same day I picked up the prescription I had received the covid booster shot. And I thought that thing had destroyed my body. Better yet I have CKD and thought that I was so exhausted because my kidney’s were failing. I also had severe depression because my medications were unknowingly stopped cold turkey. I contacted my internal medicine doctor who sent me to their pharmacist to discuss my withdrawls, tappering off the sedative, and then tappering back on my normal medication. Well a month later and my life has been a living hell. I cant sleep because I was so dependent on the sedatives. My body isn’t taking getting back on my normal medication well and I have been struggling with severe depression and anxiety that has affected my day to day life.I never thought that I would ever have to be concerned about double checking to make sure that the pharmacy gave me the correct medication. But now after these traumatic events I definitely will be doing so every time at my new pharmacy.I am so happy that I didn’t hurt myself or someone else. I was only 1 pill away from a possible OD. I mean the worst case scenario options are endless.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! Locally owned, I would always prefer to supports business like this than a big box store. It's small and often busy, but the pharmacists are always abundant and run like a well tuned Orchestra or Ballet. Knowledgeable, kind and one of only 2 in Northern most Utah that compound prescriptions exactly suited to your own needs. A great selection of homeopathic products and items you don't see in other pharmacies. They are on the ball and current to our changing times. Thanks Spence's!

The employees here are abnormally pleasant. Having visited this location a couple times I’d now say it was more than just a one-time thing. Thank you for going out of your way to make people smile!

Disappointed... it was my first time going here and was less than impressed. I could here a girl throwing a fit about checking to see if my insurance would cover a medication I was filling... maybe she doesn't like doing her job, but it made me not like going there...

Spence’s pharmacy has always gone above and beyond for me. I have multiple rare health issues which require unique compounded medications. Spence’s always checks multiple suppliers to get the very lowest price they can for me. They do their research to find out the most affordable way for me to take the medications I need. The compounders are so kind and helpful, and they’re always working with me to make getting medications as easy as possible. They are fast at compounding and filling prescriptions right after the Dr. calls them in. It’s very clear that they actually care about me as a patient, which is something I’m very grateful for.I’ve lived in multiple different places, and have used a lot of pharmacies. But none have even come close to how good Spence’s has been to me. Chronic illness is difficult to manage on its own, so any part of the process that can be simplified means a lot. They know their stuff, and they also care. Shoutout to you guys, you rock!
