I wanted to give a shout out to one of the managers at this location. His name is James. I have no question why he is in a management position. James is personable, kind and goes out of his way to provide amazing customer service. I’ve watched him interact with other customers also not just myself. Today, I made a big purchase and he went out of his way to add the points to my rewards. He also took time to familiarize me with the Smiths app and how to use coupons etc. I know several workers at the location and they often tell me how great they are treated by James. It makes me want to work there.

Love coming to Smith's. I always do my produce shopping here, because I find it fresh and a good variety. Also, we have different dietary needs in my family, so finding dairy free or gluten free items here is the best! The workers are always very friendly and helpful.

Being from the East Coast I've always been a Kroger shopper and Smith/Fred Meyer is the closest thing I can get to that. I've always been a fan of the 'Private Selection' brand and I will drive the 30 mins to go here. After all, I used to drive over 60 miles each way just to go to the Kroger in Milledgeville, Ga.Two things I'm not a fan of. 1) The price point here is high. Like really high. I know inflation isn't changing anytime soon but if this was the only grocery I could go to, I'd be eating a lot less. 2) The choices of the 'Private Selection' products could be better. What you have is great but there are so many others that are really great items. One example is the Kroger Private Selection Kenya AA coffee is hands down the best bean I have had from a grocery and I would go as far as have someone ship it to me out here.It is one stop for everything.

Worst pharmacy experience of my life. They jerked me around for over 2 weeks on a prescription I transferred to the pharmacy because they said it was in stock. It was not in stock and I ended up transferring the prescription to a 3rd pharmacy!I probably won't spend money here again because of this horrid experience when I am currently in withdrawal from medication. Thanks for nothing!!

I love the store but the pharmacy leaves so little good that if I could I would give negative 10! There hasn’t been one time they got my RX correct. We have to call because they won’t fill it on their own. So here’s an example you call and ask him to fill your prescription and they tell you oh it’s not due till tomorrow so you drive over 10 miles to get there and then you find out oh sorry yeah we were wrong. It can’t be filled till the next day so the prescription was submitted on Thursday and now I’ve gone twice and it’s not ready. All they do is sit there and apologize they never try and fix the problem they don’t work on any training because it’s a constant problem each and every time I go in there so yeah if I had a choice I give them a 10!

Hey Matt could you not close the registers down at 7pm, thanks. That enormous milk spill at self check could have been less of a hazard if there were other check out options. Ps. If his superior is reading this, he had all of the registers shut down, including the other self, check out on the general merchandise side of the store. Every night he closes, he closes registers down way earlier than anybody else, and it is extremely frustrating. You can’t tell me it’s because there is low staff because there’s usually a crowd of people either on their phones, or hanging out by customer service.

Most distracting thing to see on a busy monday night is both self-checkout employees and a service desk employee in a whole other world on their phones. If you hate your job so much, keep it to yourself, no need to flaunt it at 6:05pmwent from being willing to bite the bullet on an overpriced 12-pack of big K but once i saw that I changed my mind.

My bestest friend and secret lover, BBC (Big Brawler Colby) went to this institution to purchase some yummy (in his tummy) food items. One edible he purchased was a loaf of pre sliced bread. When he arrived home, He found that someone spread some butter over all of his slices. This creamy butter got everywhere and he had to clean the cream for many days. He tasted the bread and he said it tasted “mushroomy”. Weird? He also acquired some Hot Cheetos. He tried them and immediately started screaming in pain. He fell to the floor and started scraping his mouth on our dirty floor (we never mop or vacuum). He requested milk (which he also purchased from Smiths!) and I poured it all over him, not understanding the assignment (slay). He is planning on suing for these damages cause by Smiths Hot Cheetos.

I've been shopping here for years, and I really like it. Great deals if you use the app and their digital coupons. Good customer service. I've taken off a star because the wait times for the pharmacy have gotten ridiculous over the last year. It seems like any time of day, I have to plan on at least half an hour just to pick up a prescription that's already ready (and there have been a couple times where it was supposed to be ready and wasn't, so I had to wait in the line twice). They are seriously understaffed for the amount of work they have.

Very clean store with a great selection of produce. I will say, however, that the layout of this store is very confusing.
