I have been looking for my favorite ice tea at both Smith's stores for over two weeks. Nobody would really help me. I went in this morning and found Judy stocking and asked her if any of my tea was in the back. She went and found two gallons for me. Finally someone who cares about the customer and actually helped!

Logan Utah pharmacy.Rude. Condescending. Never seen such terrible attitudes on employees in a service industry. They all appear to hate their jobs and it shows.Really good store. Really bad pharmacy.

They used to be so helpful when getting all your prescriptions ready, if the doctor doesn't call to refill the prescriptions, they used to call them or send a fax to remind them, but they leave it up to you now, and for months they said I wasn't paying for my prescriptions, but I did every time. I had to start saving every receipt to prove that I paid, plus some of them are not very nice, or understanding, they definitely do not admit when they are wrong, and they don't even care if they lost your business, it's heart breaking when you've been going there your entire life. This is the only pharmacy from Smiths I have had this experience with, every where else treats you like you're apart of the family! Everyone is the same, we are no different, we all come from the same place, if your in that profession, really think clearly of what others may be going through, especially if they are at a pharmacy.

I’ve always liked the pharmacy until today. I’m writing this review because you guys need to fix the problem and never do this to someone else. My daughter had surgery today and around 11:30 the prescriptions were called in. I came at 12:59 and they told me to come back after their lunch. My sister had to get the prescriptions so I could take my daughter home.My sister went at 2:00 and was told they would need 20 minutes to fill the order. They said they were filling the new orders and haven’t got to her pills yet. Why were other orders going a head of her? She just had surgery and the order was clearing sent by a surgeon.After that my sister left and we sent my niece later to get it. She went at 5:00 and was told it would 20 minutes. She is waiting for them to fill it and my daughter has been in pain all day because they can’t fill her prescriptions.Don’t do this to someone who just had surgery. That was so unprofessional and just mean to my daughter. It’s been 5 and a half hours and still no pills but just pain for my daughter. I can’t believe this happened!

Dave, Forest, and another male pharmacist were withholding my prescriptions from me, which I have to take everyday, they are non controlled, meaning I can refill whenever I would like to, and they would tell it was too soon for a refill, meaning they were lying and giving false information. Dave doesn’t know how to do his job, very disrespectful, older male, so he definitely is racist. Like everyone else in Logan, UT Forest was very disrespectful and rude, hung up on me, if I knew her husband. I would slap him for his wife’s behavior. And the other male pharmacist got defensive when I told him he was wrong and that it’s my prescriptions, I know what I’m talking about. Cause I see my doctor on a daily basis. I will continue to refill here, to see that Smiths/Kroger corporate didn’t do anything to resolve this issues. I had work for Kroger before too, order selecting. And they did not treat their employees right. Smiths is a terrible company. Maybe even worse than Walmart.

They are so thoughtful, and helpful! The neighborhood pharmacy vibe. I needed to transfer prescriptions and came too late after my pharmacy closed and they still made stuff happen so that I could get my RX. Super grateful for them. And plus! They are so personable. I would recommend to anyone

I advise to call in ur scripts before u go cause theyrr line to wait for them to fill is a little long. Other than that highly recommend.

Staff hung up on me twice. Were rude and unhelpful. I’m the past it has been a pleasant experience but something has changed in the quality of staff. The staff member who brought the meds to me curbside was on her cellphone and didn’t say a word to me but waved her hand dismissively. Very rude! Hopefully this was just a bad day but if it happens again I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

? what a joke! My doctor calls in my prescription. I call ahead of time before leaving my home... I get there , once twice three times I have to stand in line because they don't call me or 2 others waiting. They just help whom ever comes in line. I waited an hour! For 1 med. Then they say they've ran out and I have to come back the next day. Well 3 days later I get my text . Go to pick it up and there was a line going through out the store. ? I left and will be going to Lee's pharmacy. I wish that I could just scream...
