Tire just flew off. Im a simple guy and the last time my tires were ever serviced was when i had bought new ones at this sams tire and service center. It had been 4 months but the only time i use this van is for commutes and errands same way to work and back day in day out, no potholes or ANYTHING. Nobody ever said anything about wether the condition looked bad or needed to be replaced but next thing i knew while on my way back from work was a loud crack/crash and i see my whole wheel speed out to the right side of sr-30 into some bushes and im forced to regain control and slowly veer into the median. This has never happened to me before ever and i would hope to hold sams tire service liable. I COULD HAVE DIED

Got a huge screw in the tire and could hear air coming out. Luckily we were close to Sam's and they were open, even on New Years Eve! Dylan was awesome!! Got us signed in quick and was friendly even though he had to work a holiday. Sure saved our butts! While we waited, we enjoyed a juicy hot dog ? ?. Thank you again Dylan!!

Great place for inexpensive tires. Make an appointment for rotations and grab a hotdog while you wait. They are very good with their mileage warranty,

We purchased 70k mile warranty Michelin Tires for our Tahoe. In only about 10k miles I found one of the tires was wearing out of 4. I brought this up while having the tires B&R and was told to just drive them and Sams will warranty later. At 30k the one bad tire was down to the wear bars. I was told to bring the car back later that day and they would warranty the set. When I brought ithe car back, 3 sams club employees ganged up on me and turned this all to be my fault. They said my tire pressure was wrong (sams fills and keeps that) and I didn’t bring the car in for each B&R (that was because sams was closed during the coronavirus). I ended up having to buy 2 tires at 40% off but but the others will be wore out only using half their warranty.Sams needs to honor the rest of their warranty on the remaining 2 tires.

Great store all around, been here for a long time so they know what their customers like. Their checkout service is the best in cache valley.

We used to be Costco shoppers but after trying Sam's we have found that they offer many perks not available at Costco. Curbside pickup is the biggest one. Shop from your couch and pick it up later. If you're in the club, use their app to scan your items as you go and skip the checkout line. Also, pay for your items any way you want (no payment restrictions like Costco.) Sam's is a great place to get great deals on everything we need. Good gas prices too. Everyone is very friendly here. We especially love going there on Sundays in this valley because 60% of the population is in church.

Tire went flat and they saw us immediately. We had plans and they were very gracious and helped us get the tire replaced last minute.

I can't believe the low reviews. Seriously, you give 1 star because they don't have vanilla ice cream? I don't know how long this Sam's has been here, but I'm so excited it's here. I only take a few trips up to Logan throughout the year and they are long overdue. Just like all the Sam's clubs, this one is a good one. The cafe is a bit slow, but they are doing the best they can and the food is great.

Online ordering through Sams Club is awful. They use a super cheap/terrible freight company- Pilot Freight. I have been waiting on my shipment since December 4th. It was to be delivered on or before December 16th. It took Pilot a week to pick up the shipment then I called and spoke with Pilot and Sam's Club on December 22nd because the shipment had not moved in almost three weeks and was still in Dallas, Texas. On the call I told Pilot that I needed it delivered by December 24th or after January 3rd because we would be out of the state. Pilot told me that someone would call to make an appointment and that they would not deliver it without a confirmed appointment. No one called and I was never allowed to schedule an appointment on the website, and still cannot schedule a delivery on the website. On December 28th, I received a phone call from the driver telling me they were about 20 minutes away and asked if it was still a good time to deliver my safe. I told them no because I was out of the state and restated the conversation with Pilot and Sam's Club that I had on December 22nd. I have not heard from anyone, At this point the delivery is 19 days late. I would never recommend Pilot Freight to anyone. Their Salt Lake City dispatcher hung up on me after I told them they were bad at logistics. Sams customer service line can only offer a refund, that’s all they are allowed to do. Don’t waste an hour listening to them tell you they are going to help. You would think the world’s largest retailer could afford decent customer service. It’s Amazon.com for big purchases from now on. I thought being a plus member would be an advantage, so far it is not.

That's so messed up when you buy a can good and there's worms in it! I don't think I wanna buy any type of can goods from this store cause you'll never know what's crawling inside... my friend got Spagitt-O from there n it had a lot of worms in it that they had to return it!
