We used to be Costco shoppers but after trying Sam's we have found that they offer many perks not available at Costco. Curbside pickup is the biggest one. Shop from your couch and pick it up later. If you're in the club, use their app to scan your items as you go and skip the checkout line. Also, pay for your items any way you want (no payment restrictions like Costco.) Sam's is a great place to get great deals on everything we need. Good gas prices too. Everyone is very friendly here. We especially love going there on Sundays in this valley because 60% of the population is in church.

I can't believe the low reviews. Seriously, you give 1 star because they don't have vanilla ice cream? I don't know how long this Sam's has been here, but I'm so excited it's here. I only take a few trips up to Logan throughout the year and they are long overdue. Just like all the Sam's clubs, this one is a good one. The cafe is a bit slow, but they are doing the best they can and the food is great.

Online ordering through Sams Club is awful. They use a super cheap/terrible freight company- Pilot Freight. I have been waiting on my shipment since December 4th. It was to be delivered on or before December 16th. It took Pilot a week to pick up the shipment then I called and spoke with Pilot and Sam's Club on December 22nd because the shipment had not moved in almost three weeks and was still in Dallas, Texas. On the call I told Pilot that I needed it delivered by December 24th or after January 3rd because we would be out of the state. Pilot told me that someone would call to make an appointment and that they would not deliver it without a confirmed appointment. No one called and I was never allowed to schedule an appointment on the website, and still cannot schedule a delivery on the website. On December 28th, I received a phone call from the driver telling me they were about 20 minutes away and asked if it was still a good time to deliver my safe. I told them no because I was out of the state and restated the conversation with Pilot and Sam's Club that I had on December 22nd. I have not heard from anyone, At this point the delivery is 19 days late. I would never recommend Pilot Freight to anyone. Their Salt Lake City dispatcher hung up on me after I told them they were bad at logistics.
Sams customer service line can only offer a refund, that’s all they are allowed to do. Don’t waste an hour listening to them tell you they are going to help. You would think the world’s largest retailer could afford decent customer service. It’s Amazon.com for big purchases from now on. I thought being a plus member would be an advantage, so far it is not.

Sad to say that this big corporate business does not have vanilla ice cream (in the food court) every time I shop there. Waited 30 min in line to find out there out of vanilla , employe was nice enough to offer chocolate but if I wanted chocolate I would order chocolate And that old lady attitude and customer service is just unacceptable Come on sams we need better food and better service

That's so messed up when you buy a can good and there's worms in it! I don't think I wanna buy any type of can goods from this store cause you'll never know what's crawling inside... my friend got Spagitt-O from there n it had a lot of worms in it that they had to return it!

Don't eat at the cafe. Very rude customer service and the food is disgusting! There is no flavor in the pizza and the hotdog was short and sad. I would not recommend eating here. It can't even compare to costco.

Sam's Club is a super great place to shop. It's a large quantity store, so it's not the greatest for a couple of family of 2, but if you have 3-5 family members and or want to add to your food storage it's a great location to shop! They have more than just food items and you find a lot of fun little things to take home too! I love coming here for gas mainly because it's the cheapest when you're a member.

The last few times I've been in Sam's Club, I've been very disappointed and frustrated. The new layout seems SO unorganized and it's impossible to find what you're looking for. What are you doing, Sam's??!! Is this how it's going to be in the future or are you still reorganizing?! Pallets are out in the middle of the floor with things stacked on them ready to fall off, products that have always been there have been out for weeks and I'm also upset that you no longer have a photo department. I've been told this all comes from corporate decisions but I don't know why you messed with a good thing! I know we've all heard for years that Costco is coming but this time I've heard the rumor is true. I'll be glad to shop at Costco if this is the "new" Sam's!

I am new to Logan, Utah. I was sad there was no Costco here with their great produce and fresh foods. I was told SAM'S CLUB was just as good, so when your reps came to my workplace, I bought a member ship. I have been to the store a handful of times and each time it was horribly unorganized, lots of empty shelves and dirty. There were empty shelves in the bakery, in the meat department about 1/2 of the meat was turning gray. Just when I thought it could not get worse, The produce section had many rotten and moldy foods. I will NEVER buy grapes from Sam's again. 3 times I have tried and three times there is mold in the middle of the package that you cannot see from examining from the outside. Your canned salmon comes from salmon farms one of the more polluted sea foods. I have 4 items I will buy on a regular basis, but your prices are not all that great so I will not be there often.
