I tried getting a quote from them for 10 minutes on the phone. When I finally spoke with the agent I had to give her too much personal information just to get the price of a windshield. I asked her if I had to give all this information I'd probably go elsewhere and she said that was okay. So I called Logan glass. 5 stars for Logan glass.

I had a rock crack my windshield so I took my car in 45 minutes before close and the service and quality was great. Onyx helped me out and was very helpful and time efficient

I have to give a shout out to Heather, whom I completely adore. She is so talented and has the best personality. She's extremely warm, friendly, funny, and personable. She advocates for you and is a whiz at her job. Heather makes the whole experience a breeze and is top notch. The Techs and everyone here has been so helpful to me and I cannot say enough good things! The absolute best of the best.

Really appreciated the super service we got even when their computers were down due to the international IT outage on July 19. The woman in the office was terrific to work with. Thank you! Delighted to have a windshield that is whole again.

Tried calling two different numbers and got the same silly phone tree that doesn’t get me what I need. The “best” thing about the phone tree is how happy the voice sounds when it hangs up on me after not being helpful. Deep breath——— safelite, help a brother out! It’s like you don’t want my money.

I was asked to stop by and tie in with the manager to arrange a windshield replacement by my insurance agent. Jack was out, but whoever was at the desk was very unhelpful. I'll be doing my replacement somewhere else.

They did a fine job replacing the glass. But a poor job cleaning up the broken glass from when the car was brought in. Everytime we drove the car now, we can still hear broken glass rattling around in the back of the car. On top of that fine glass particles are still all around the back of the car. There was no apparent attempt to even wipe it down with a wet cloth. For how much was charged, a little more cleaning effort would have been much appreciated.

Safelite did a fine job with replacing the windshield and were very friendly and helpful. I thought it would be easier to use my insurances prefered vendor but that was a mistake. Safelite would not waive the $100 deductible as most local shops will and no free rock chip repair either.
