Rented a Uhaul that was 2 or 3 gallons under what was stated on paper. Explained that I went less than 20 miles and filled 6 gallons to get it back to where they marked it. Totally unsympathetic.

Couldn’t have asked for a better storage unit! Clean, safe, super helpful and accommodating with moving out as well! Even helped me get in to my storage unit when we lost the keys. Thank you safegaurd self storage! Will be using them again if we end back up in Logan, but DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ?

We rented here for a year. These people are wonderful. They treat you like people. Not like objects. Stephanie was particularly fantastic. I believe them to be integra‘s, honest and very fair. I would rent from them anytime. In fact I will go there first in the future.

We used safeguard to store our belongings for about 7 months. Absolutely seamless from start to finish. We were able to reserve, pay and terminate our rent all online which was a huge plus! Every interaction with a person was very pleasant as well. Well lit and always felt safe and secure. They are even partners with U-Haul when it’s time to rent a truck to move on. Would absolutely be a return customer and recommend to anyone!

We have rented a unit from here on several occasions as life happened and we had a need for a short time.They are easy to work with and made things easy to move in/out.We follow through and submit 2 weeks move out notices, clean out unit, etc as our agreement, and have received our deposit back every time. I highly recommend!
