I got a Uhaul from here. I would have reserved it online, but another Uhaul place said they actually didn't have a truck for me that I had reserved, so I decided to go in person to reserve a truck at this location. I told the receptionist I needed a 1 way truck because I was moving three hours away. After I get to my new place, it turns out they gave me the wrong truck that was supposed to stay in Logan. I then either have to pay a $600 fee to leave it there, or drive it back. After being on the phone with Uhaul for 3 hours, they ultimately make me drive it all the way back. Then they charge me for the extra miles, gas, etc. Terrible customer service.

Great place to rent a storage unit!
Very clean facility. Nice big units.
Management is always there & ready to help.
They have Uhauls there for rent too.
Highly recommend!

I took over my dad's storage unit after he passed away. The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly and made the process very easy. It was greatly appreciated.

Rented a Uhaul that was 2 or 3 gallons under what was stated on paper. Explained that I went less than 20 miles and filled 6 gallons to get it back to where they marked it. Totally unsympathetic.

Couldn’t have asked for a better storage unit! Clean, safe, super helpful and accommodating with moving out as well! Even helped me get in to my storage unit when we lost the keys. Thank you safegaurd self storage! Will be using them again if we end back up in Logan, but DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ?

We rented here for a year. These people are wonderful. They treat you like people. Not like objects. Stephanie was particularly fantastic. I believe them to be integra‘s, honest and very fair. I would rent from them anytime. In fact I will go there first in the future.
