Excellent customer service. I bought a beautiful dress that was great quality. I also bought another item that had defects and they took care of it immediately after notifying them. I’ve never had better customer service! Definitely will give them my business again!

Wonderful customer service!! I had to exchange a dress for size and they took care of it quickly. Then multiple buttons fell off the dress after only one wearing and washing. I emailed them with an explanation of the problem and they quickly refunded the cost and shipping of the dress without me requesting them to do so. I consider the quality of the dress a glitch and would not hesitate to order from RubyClaire again.

I originally ordered the same item from another company, but they didn't actually have the item in stock. So I looked elsewhere and found these guys! Although I paid a little bit more, I felt more confident that they would have the item I wanted. Fast shipping! And awesome customer service.
