Cute and affordable clothes and accessories? Sign me right up! I am loving my new sunglasses and can't wait for my next order. The shipping is quick and easy, and so is the return process if you order the wrong size in shorts like I did. :)

this shop is so adorable!! it's decorated so cute and even has a soda machine and flavor syrups you can add to your soda. it's clean and organized. staff is friendly and helpful

So I had a problem with my order, had something to do with a computer glitch, so I emailed Roolee and oh my gosh they had a response in under 10 minutes, and a complete fix to my problem within about an hour. So refreshing to have such a prompt response. Thank you Roolee for all your help!, and btw their clothes and shoes are super cute have been shopping with them for about a year now.

Finally went into this store for the first time yesterday, looking for a dress for graduation. They have a lot of cute options but I couldn’t find my size (medium) in any of them!! I probably took 6 or 7 dresses into the dressing room bc I thought I could make a small or large work, but none of them fit!:( I feel like medium is the most common size and thus stores need to stock more of that size accordingly…

I purchased a dress from Roolee and the dress itself was quite cute. I washed it for the first time about two months after purchase and even though i washed it EXACTLY to the care label instructions, it has now shrunk horrifically and is now completely unwearable. Horrible quality for a high price and I am now stuck with an unwearable item that i paid a high price for. When i complained to customer service, i was told it was out of their 30 day period for faulty items. Terrible customer service, i will not be purchasing again and i recommend everyone else stays away also.

I'm so sad. I love this store and bought a couple pair of shoes for my daughter's birthday. I bought a half a size too small and just wanted to exchange them. Because I was a little outside the exchange policy I couldn't exchange even though they had them. I can totally understand if I was trying to get my money back but I just needed a half a size larger and their answer was "sorry". This use to be my go to store for cute gifts but I think I'm gonna have to look elsewhere. The girls were sweet and helpful but now I'm stuck with 2 brand new pair of shoes that doesn't fit my daughter.

I purchased a pair of boots to wear with a holiday outfit. They didn't fit, but I had a Thanksgiving trip coming up to Utah so I kept them to exchange at the storefront so I could try on shoes in person. Because it was outside of the 30 day window (not outside of the 30 day window for when I received them as I thought, but from when I ordered them), they would not let me exchange or return them. I called customer service and they told me tough luck, even though now the return policy is extended because of the Christmas holiday. I think it's ridiculous that you can't get store credit if you are barely outside of the return policy and your items are not used at all, especially if it's around the holidays. I have been a loyal customer to them and it's disappointing that they wouldn't help me out.

Roolee is always great to help out. A pair of my sandals broke after only a few months. They gave me a complete refund and were so kind. I love their shoes! Will continue to shop here.

I had the best customer service experience with Lexi! I had an issue with a pair of boots I ordered and she replied promptly through email and solved the issue above and beyond my expectations! Definitely will order from them in the future and highly recommend!
