It's a great shop for vapers. Good juice selection for reusable vapes and fairly decent selection of disposable vapes. Prices are high, but understandable.

Always very friendly and helpful. The majority of employees here have tried all their products, so if you're having issues deciding which flavor you want, they can give recommendations based on their favorites. Great selection of products too. Though this is a vape shop, they have other things. Pipes, rigs, bongs, torches, d9 products, and nic pouches. They also have a couch and coffee table if you want to chill for a minute.

The only place I go to buy my vapes..there's always plenty to choose from. I think it's better because it's only vapes not a bunch of other stuff. Definitely will keep using this business.

The shop was bare, no atmosphere at all, the glass displays were empty except one that had a single style of mod in it. The guy behind the counter only knew about that single style mod and directed me to another vape shop. I felt like he wasn’t interested in helping me because I didn’t have the same box mod he was selling.I give two stars because The Vape Shop he recommended to me is awesome and had everything I needed and more. So at least he got one thing right.

Love the vape shop amd better prices then the others around but the hours are wack. Makes it hard to get to it sometimes.

Came in, showed him the coil I needed he came back and said this one would work for me. Get out to my car and it doesn’t fit. Of course they don’t do refunds. Any employee that works for a location that specializes in certain products should have enough product knowledge to sale the correct items. Never going back. Fix your staff knowledge cause usually when one doesn’t know anything that means the management team is poor and lacking knowledge themselves.

I love these guys. Started going right when they came to town. Informative always helpful. Will give you their honest down to earth opinion on everything and only place that will replace your atomizer if you buy a bum one which as they admit happens now and then due to gazillions rollin of assembly lines. Traveling through Utah and needed some supplies. Being someone familiar with vape shops ,I have to say this experience was amazing! When I told them what I needed, they knew exactly what I was talking about. Wasn't going there to buy juice, but after the great customer service up to that point and learning they had a house juice line I couldn't not get some juice. Prices were solid, customer service exceptional, and the house juice line is top notch without paying a premium price. I'll be stopping by every time I'm in the area just because of the experience I had!!

Was told the voopoo argus pro needed batteries was sold a battery and a charger when I got home I found out it didn't need a battery so thanks for selling me something I don't needEdit I couldnt believe they did returns they returned the amount plus they were super nice about it and even refunded me for one of my previous juices I bought 5 stars imma come back here for my future purchases way nicer than timberline
