“I am new to Cache Valley. I purchased my home for $480,000. The county assessed my home for $568,200. My brother called your Realty firm and asked for a CMA. After a careful review by Daina Rudd, she presented me with a very detailed and professional portfolio, which she personally delivered. She was very personable and also very kind. My husband died just a few short years ago and he had been the one who dealt with these types of finances. I presented her findings to Cache County and my property taxes were reduced to a valuation more in line with the purchase price of my house. Please see the attached photos. I would call on Daina again and recommend her to all those who are in need of her expertise as well as her compassion, friendly attitude, and kind character.
