I Purchased, my Butler, which is a Route biotic Quilting system. When I received it I found out it was an older tablet that had been refurbished. I think for $10,000 you should get a new tablet. Last week screen popped up and there was no way to get out of it. You had to say OK to update the Butler, so I updated the Butler then the tablet could not talk to the Butler because I needed to update the tablet well to find out after all, this is done five days later, I know cannot buy a tablet off of ****** if I want to to put on my Butler because this update was to prevent you buying a tablet from anyone you have to purchase one from Quilt easy and I have heard from other people that they’re over $1000 to buy a 10 inch tablet. If you go onto the F******* to the Quilt easy page, you will see many people that are very upset and talking about a class action suit against this company.. after I was able to update everything after sending and serial numbers and pictures of my machine and the computer and the robot I lost all of my patterns the ones that came with the robot and the ones that I have purchased and when I spoke to someone her name is Lindsay she just laughed about it. She thought it was funny.

Extremely poor customer service. Cannot get return calls or email from customer service. Spent nearly $2000 on "an upgrade" and it doesn't work. Returned it to them to fix after never sewing on a quilt. Cannot recommend - stay away! If I could give them a 0 stars, I would. Originaly purchased an upgrade for the Butler Quilting System to be installed on our Pfaff Grandquilter, but the product they provided doesn't work.

I thought sweat shops were outlawed long ago. I was wrong apparently. Do not ever think you'll be treated like an actual human being here. Horrible management, horrible working conditions, horrible treatment over all.

can not get support from the company or the midwest rep. called many times and no call backs after leaving messages. ;-(

after many problems and hours of trying to get my Quilt Sew EZ to work i contacted Quilt EZ They responded within the hour and set me upfor training on my machine Within three days I had more support than i did from purchase company in two months If you buy please seek out QUILT EZ they back and support thier product
