The manager, Kayla has been nothing but pleasant when I bring up concerns and ask questions. I’ve lived here for 4 years and she has been the best at making sure repairs and upgrades get done around the complex. She has done a great job of turning this place around. Adrian, the maintenance guy is the best we have had. He seems to be here a lot and is always busy. He is always so friendly when I talk to him. I have heard from other tenants that he helped them throw away a lot of garbage bags from them cleaning out their apartment when they needed an extra hand. Kayla and Adrian make sure things get taken care of in a timely manner. They both do a great job and are wonderful! I really appreciate them both!

Went to get an application. The manager is very rude and stuck up. She rudely told me to wait while she talked to her friend on the phone. I waited for almost 5 minutes. Then left to walk around and the apartments are run down. With trash and dog poop everywhere.

I have lived at providence point since 1998. Location is great! I have had many managers and maintenance people during my time living here, Makayla and Adrian are 2 of the nicest manager/maintenance personal I have had in my many yrs living here. Adrian is on the ball when it comes to maintenance and repairs. I also love being able to have my animals here. I can’t think of a better place to live in Logan!

The rental manager Kayla is great to work with! Adrian our handyman always makes his priorities straight even when you ask him if he could help with something! Lots of space for kids to play! Fun playground, the pool and the hot tub in the summer adds to the perks! Great place to live!

We Tried for many months to find an apartment for my aging sister in law with no success. Then we met Kayla, she was fantastic and so helpful. The other managers we worked with made us promises but couldn’t follow through. Kayla helped us so much. We appreciated all her efforts and kindness. She is a terry manager and u people are lucky to have her.Si cerelyPaul.

Horrible rental company! Straight up deceitful. Only get away with the disgusting cockroaches because you block off any honest reviews from the public. Greedy and disgusting! You don’t care one bit about people! All you want to do is give low income a filthy gross apartment and steal their money! Disgusting and shameful!!! I recently got a follow up on my reviews. The review I put here last year was only viewed once. Obviously by you and then you blocked it off. I knew it! Most of your five star reviews are straight up fake lies!!!! Karma will get you one day. Good bye horrid lying rental company!!!

I just move in today!Property manager name Kayla she was very helpful and was very nice to me from the start .she got me and my 2 kids into the apartment I appreciate her for what she done to us.i got an amazing experience with her.

Thank you SO much to everyone here! Kayla went above and beyond in helping me get in to this wonderful apartment community and making me feel right at home in my new place! I know that any time i walk in to the leasing office i will be greeted by name and with a bright smile! The maintenance staff is quick to fix any problems that are addressed and do so with a great attitude as well. I expect to remain here in this community until I am ready to purchase a house of my own.

Providence pointe Apt. is a very clean, quiet and comfortable place to live. Kayla Walker the community manager is one of the most hardworking and respected individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. During my move in Kayla has shown tremendous skills and knowledge, answering all my questions thoroughly. She made my move in fast and easy in which I am grateful. Kayla has also demonstrated very impressive multitasking skills, always helping numerous residents without hesitation, whether it be maintenance, domestic issues or just a friend to talk too Kayla is there. Overall, With Providence Pointe Apt. being such a friendly environment and having such a distinguished Community Manager (Kayla Walker)!! I highly recommend you reach out to this community for your living needs.

I’ve lived in Providence points for going on six years and I’ve been joyed the updates that they’ve done I enjoy living close to the park with my son can play and I enjoyed the swimming area and the exercise equipment and I enjoy the office ladies they have helped me a lot

John fixed the screws on my entry door within a hour once I asked him about it. However when I told the Manager about the issue she still had never put in the work order for said repair. Also I need a new toilet or it needs new insides in my hallway bathroom. It has been s asked over 50 times. Does not flush well nor fill well. The bowl barely has water in it.

I called 6 times and was sent to voicemail every time, I left a message on their website, I emailed them twice, eventually I found their Facebook and scheduled a tour, the appointment was never confirmed but I thought I’d show up anyway just in case. I drove an hour to get there just for the passive aggressive receptionist to tell me there is no availability. It should not have taken 6 calls, 2 emails, a message and an appointment to figure out if there was availability. I understand you are understaffed but that is extremely unprofessional.

Terrible experience! We lived there 2 years ago and had constant issues with neighbors, parking hazards, building upkeep issues and more. We finally decided that we had to move after the police showed up to both our upstairs and downstairs neighbors in a span of 3 days (once with guns drawn) and gave notice we were leaving via the app the management used, months in advance. Then we got a frivolous bill for our move out. I disputed the bill IN DETAIL and even demonstrated that in reality they owed US over $400 after our move out from refundable deposits. Of course I never heard from them again. Then I got a collection notice in the mail 2 years later for the bogus amount they made up that I owe. An amount in open violation of my contract. I provided photos and detailed breakdowns of why the bill was incorrect and they simply sold the false bill to a collection agency that may affect my credit. I strongly advised against moving to this location!
