The trailer we were looking for was already sold, so they showed us several different options. They didn’t try to upsell. They kept the price point really close to the original trailer. There was no hard sell. They stayed late to do the paperwork and didn't seem to mind. They were very friendly and even delivered our new trailer right to our home

One star for Ethan, the salesperson. The guy is trying, but the process has been frustrating for the both of us. They were first contacted about two moths ago. I was almost excited to get a trailer, but now it feels like a total hassle.
After numerous phone calls and texts, we finally scheduled a time to get a trailer ordered. They totally blew off the appointment. No follow-ups or anything. Feels like a typical Young Auto Group move. I should've known better.
I've been waiting for Travis to call me for about 6 weeks. I also thought Matt (manager?) might get in touch, but I guess he's busy.

I have been so happy with the customer service. To start out I could not find a horse trailer for my mini horse. They helped me make one to fit my needs. It is the cutest little red trailer that my Jeep can pull. One year later the lights didn’t work. I had a vet appointment the next day. I called Young Trailer and they said come down. I pulled up and I had the whole team working on it. It was my Jeep plug that was the problem. They had the part and they fixed it right there. They checked my tire pressure and fixed the knob on my vent. I am so impressed with the whole team.

Bought a Moritz truck bed from Young Truck and Trailer, Logan UT, for my restored 1978 Chevy. Workmanship was top quality, turn around time was fast, wiring was done flawlessly and Tim was excellent from start to finish with the purchase. I highly recommend Young Truck and Trailers in Logan, Utah!

Timothy was amazing, not only is he handsome he is smart too! Tim was prompt and saw that my every need was met. He was great then there was UB who swooped me off my feet while handling all the documents. If you are in the market for a trailer these two fellas sure know how to get you taken care of.
