I dropped some clothes off on Friday thinking I can pick them up the next day because I was told it was gonna take 3-4 hours to sort but the lady told me to "try" and pick them up before 8pm tonight and I told her "OK I'll try to pick them up later tonight." Then I signed and I left.. Then when they were ready I got the text that I need to pick up before the end of the day but I was already in SLC by then so I couldn't pick them up so when I went in to get my stuff today the lady asked me if dropped them off today and I told her no I dropped them off Friday and I was told to "try" come pick them up the same day and she pointed out "We have a policy that it needs to be picked up the end of the day or they will be donated" and I said "Wait since when did this new policy started? It was never like this." And she said "I've been working here a year and it's always been like this. And it states that when we ask for your signature." And she proceeded to show me a little sign that was on the counter but it was pointed toward the register and she turn it around for customers to finally see it.. And I said "I've been here for the past 7 years and I'm just barely hearing about that 'new policy but oh wow! Good to know finally when it's too late." I was so upset I didn't wanna be one of those customers so I just left.. They didn't even bother to give me my basket back which I wasn't surprised.. That new policy is trash and I don't think I'll ever go back again.. I had lots of new clothing but they still didn't buy any of it because it "wasn't what their looking for" which what they said when I received the text message that they were done sorting.. So that's the last time I'll be going there ..

Stay away from this disgusting business. They recently implemented a no-man policy which has ruined one of my favorite things to do in Logan. My significant other and I love to go to plato’s and shop for new outfits all the time. Recently we went in to do some shopping and she went into the dressing room to try some outfits on, and when she was done, she asked me to walk over to look at her in the open doorway of the dressing room. As I was walking towards the area of the dressing rooms, I was promptly SCREAMED at by an employee and was directed towards the “NO MEN ALLOWED IN THE AREA OF THE DRESSING ROOMS” signage posted all over the store. I get trying to make your female customers feel safe, but we were the only people in the store and it was far more uncomfortable for my significant other to walk all the way back to the men’s section to show me what she tried on where they told me to stay. This is insanely discriminatory and our experience was completely ruined.

It's good to have a place like this to get rid of your old clothes, but they're going to low-ball their offers hard. I don't think the store allows the employees to pay higher than their original offer.

Horrible customer service!! They ignored me and were gossiping when I came in and were short tempered while helping me. They told me they didn’t take any of the shoes but I later found out they took a pair of vans for only $5 when I could have sold them online for $50. I called the store to complain and they said they’d pull up my receipt but I heard them talking poorly about me while I was supposed to be on hold. They said “she took the money and it’s too late, I didn’t like her anyways.” The workers were old enough to know better. Save your time and money and don’t shop here ever.

Nice used clothing boutique. Definitely a lot more girls clothes than boys. I had fun taking my daughter there!

Hit or miss with this store, but when you can find clothes it's totally worth it. Really cute and cheap prices.

Awful service, they don't know their brands and if anything has a "BIG" Old Navy on it they give you more than a classy brand name black dress that is not flashy!

Every single time I’ve gone in to sell stuff literally in high demand they turn ALL my stuff down, there’s a girl there who is heavy set and wears glasses, it seems like when she’s there they will NEVER buy stuff from me and she always has a nasty attitude towards me, I’ve taken bags of stuff before and when she is there she will tell me they won’t buy it, but I took them in again when she wasn’t working and they bought them, they’re sooooo picky on the things they take, in winter they wanted coats, sweaters, and warm clothes, I took NAME BRAND coats and sweaters, they said “well spring is coming up so we can’t really take these” SPRING WAS INDEED NOT COMING YET, it was like December. I would avoid selling here..

Had a bunch of nice Patagonia and north face jackets and fleeces that I wanted to sell since I have too many. Brought them in and they said their counter was closed. I said I’d wait and then they begrudgingly said they’d open it for me. It took them like two minutes to look through them and say that all they wanted was a Kirkland brand sweater of all things, got three bucks. I left feeling horrible, they were so condescending. I wanted to sell them to Plato’s closet because I thought it’d be less of a hassle than selling them online, but I went home and put them up on Facebook marketplace for $40 each and instantly got bombarded with people who wanted to buy them. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother with Plato’s closet, Facebook marketplace is waaaaaayyy better and you’ll get more money for your stuff there too!

I like buying from them. But. I wonder if they are playing a game. Never buys clothes from people, offers to donate them, and somehow comes up with plenty of clothes to sell. Why waste their time advertising cash back for clothes and go through the effort of having people come in if they never take anything? If they never buy anything from anybody, how are they getting so much to sell?I'd like to know if the 150 items I brought in, brand new and high demand, actually ended up being donated... Or if they stick a price tag on them and hung them on a rack at no cost to them??Either way, scam or not I don't want to sell to them anymore because it is a waste of time. Sell your clothes online and you'll have a much better chance. They won't buy your clothes. If they do, it's once in a blue moon.

I love love love this location the workers are seriously so friendly and so nice! I've taken clothes to lots of Plato's closets but this one is by far the best!! The store is clean and very organized no mess to try and look threw! 10/10 would highly recommend this Plato's closet!
