“I rescued a Malinois last year and wanted to make sure I got a bomb proof crate for him as they are known escape artists and high anxiety dogs. Looking at the reviews of quality and customer service, choosing Rock Creek was a no brainer, and I was thrilled at the quality once I took delivery of the crate.
Fast forward to today, I now need a collapsible crate as I’m going to be doing a bunch of traveling. Gave them a call to see how soon I could get one and Sean (the owner) answered and was happy to help me out with getting a quicker delivery set up so that I would have my crate before my upcoming trip.

“I was very frustrated leaving their store yesterday as I had a staff member who didn't care about the troubles I was having and brushed off all of my questions. I'm new to owning fish and have many questions, but she didn't seem to care. I went in to get my tank water tested today because I knew something wasn't right. The assistant store manager (Connor) was extremely helpful today. He talked me through the water testing and explained what was wrong then offered solutions for an easy fix. He also spent extra time educating me about my tank and extra steps I can take to give the best care for my fish. It seemed like he genuinely cared and really put in the effort to make sure I was more than satisfied, I even feel comfortable going back anytime to ask him questions when I didn't beforehand. I am very thankful for him.”
