We walked in and Frances immediately began helping us. We voiced what we were looking for and she steered us in the right direction. After trying the beds we found one that fit our needs. The delivery guys worked their magic and got the bed through the tight space and in the right spot. The full process was very smooth and everyone was very kind. We love our new mattress!

Francis was so patient and friendly. She took my wife and I around to try and help us find the perfect bed. Full of information and didn’t make feel like we had to buy the most expensive mattress but one that fit us.

My husband and I just bought a new mattress from here just a couple months ago and we love it! We would both agree that our experience buying it was the cherry on top, we had looked everywhere for a mattress and finally came to My Mattress to look around. We were immediately taken care of by a sweet lady, Frances. She made sure we had everything we needed plus more! I would definitely recommend this place not only for their great prices on mattresses but their great customer service as well!

My family is new to the area and just moved into town from out of state. We were in desperate need of some new mattresses but didn’t have a big budget to spend. After our experiences with a few previous mattress stores we were prepared to walk into an overwhelming store, no one to greet us, getting lost while walking around with too many options to choose from and yet nothing comfortable within our price range…leaving us with one very uncomfortable mattress as our only option, or a salesperson just looking to up-sell us on anything and everything. At My Mattress were pleased to find the exact opposite. We were immediately greeted by Frances, the most warm and welcoming person. Within minutes of walking in the door she had shown us multiple affordable and super comfortable beds. They had a great selection to choose from without making us feel overwhelmed by too many options and all budget friendly, and most importantly… so incredibly comfortable! We ended up buying 2 mattresses one of which being for our daughter, who had yet to sleep through the night since moving into our new home. I’m so happy to say that since purchasing the new mattress at My Mattress she’s been sleeping soundly through the night and waking up so much more well rested and happy. Frances and owners of My Mattress have gone above and beyond giving us the most helpful service and helping us find exactly what we needed quickly and easily and even going as far as to follow up with us days later to ask if we were satisfied with our purchases or needed anything else. This store had absolutely everything you could need. Protective covers, pillows (which we also bought and love) and we just couldn’t be more happy with this store and their products and amazing customer service. We will most definitely be going back in the future to purchase any mattresses we need in the future!

Absolutely the best place in Cache Valley for your family’s mattress needs. They are a locally owned and operated family business and the kindest people. We have used them on multiple occasions in the past 10 years and the service is amazing every time! Best quality and always best on prices. Frances is a sweetheart and always so kind and helpful❤️ thank you and your family for everything!

I love how welcoming these guys are! I didn’t purchase anything this time but Frances (momma bear) was so welcoming and very kind. I used to sell mattresses for Malouf and can say they have nothing but good quality products! The environment is clean, well decorated, and welcoming.

This was my second experience shopping at My Mattress, and won't be the last. The staff is always so helpful, but not pushy. This time, my husband and I were pretty sure we knew what we wanted, and Frances made sure we got really familiar with that brand's options, as well as comprable mattresses in both style and pricepoint. It was a great and successful hour spent in the store, and we anxiously await the arrival of our new mattress.

My husband and I have bought several mattresses from My Mattress, and our previous experiences brought us back again. Our experience this time was as good as the last. Frances was very kind and patient as we explored several mattresses and asked many questions. She helped us pick just the right mattress for us. Brandon was just as patient with some follow-up questions I had. We ended up with a great price and great service. We are very happy with our mattress and our experience.

I never thought that purchasing a mattress would come under the heading of fun and enjoyable, however, Frances at My Matress was amazing to work with. They are very knowledgeable and listen to what you are looking for and have your comfort in mind. I love companies/people that will talk to me and find out what I really want and need. This is exactly what you will find here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We really enjoyed the service we recieved here. After purchasing a firm mattress from here has provided the extra support my back has needed. No more long term issue with the back. Highly recommend this store with their knowledgeable sales people.

We have had our Intellibed for 5 years now. Every night I slip into bed and tell my husband, "I just love to go to bed". I love my mattress that much! We loved working with My Mattress and felt like they were so helpful and I am SO glad we bought the mattress that we did. We just referred our friends to the store and mattress and they bought.

I was lucky enough to check out this store first in my quest for a new mattress. The staff are incredibly nice and careful to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted/needed. I got an incredible deal on a mattress and adjustable base - plus amazing sheets at a great price. Lots of free upgrades and amazing service & delivery. I LOVE my new bed. Absolutely no buyers remorse - which is saying something!
