I went in to get my vehicle serviced. The trip was a waste of time and money. I have a broken window regulator. I knew what the problem was before coming in. I had researched the price of the part online. Currently, it sells for around $200 on a number of different Hyundai part websites and on Amazon. I've also found it on eBay for around $60. Prior to coming in, I had also called and was quoted by the guy on the phone, saying that the repair should cost between $100-$200.In the end, I was quoted $744 for the part alone before tax. The mechanic/front desk guy I talked to while there knew that I wouldn't accept that. He said that he'd still need to charge me a diagnostic fee, but that he'd give me half off. I was then promptly charged $94 for that same diagnostic fee. The whole situation is ridiculous and it was a terrible experience.

The Murdock team was great to work with. The made trading and buying my new jeep an enjoyable experience. Briar was great to work with on the finance department. I feel like he was fair and absolutely got me the best deal possible. Will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Grant was very helpful and patient with my boyfriend and I when we arrived to the dealership from Elko Nevada. As we arrived we ended up not liking the aesthetics of the vehicle we had chosen over the phone with another employee (She was out sick when we arrived). Grant immediately went to work and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our new family. Super easy and painful purchasing process. My brother and his wife drove us to the dealership and even purchased a new car from Grant as well while we were there. My boyfriend even went back the next week and purchased himself his own vehicle from Grant. Overall an excellent employee of Murdock Hyundai of Logan!

This sale wouldn't have happened were it not for the support and trust that I have with two members of the service department, Nick Knecht and in particular, Jesse Torres. Over 5 years Jesse has earned my total confidence when servicing my vehicles. Buying a car is one thing, keeping it in good order is another. A trustworthy service department is worth its weight in gold! In my opinion , this is where Murdock Hyundai especially shines.P.S. My new Kona is great!

I've used Murdock on several occasions and have purchased mine, my wife's and two of my daughters' vehicles with them and have sent a number of friends and family to them. My wife and I enjoyed our fun and hassle free experience this week at Mudock Hyundai in Logan. The sales staff were experienced and knowledgeable about their cars, warranties, financing options, and current trends. We bought our first new car from them in 2007 and will continue to be faithful customers.

Our experience with Murdock was amazing! Grant was so great to work with from the very first contact. I didn’t have to reach out to him once to hurry anything along. I explained our situation + he was 100% attentive + super quick to resolve any questions or concerns. I have a lot of experience in the auto industry which makes it so I personally wouldn't want to deal with me as a client, but Grant, Brian, and Murdock made it easy! My sales rep was Bryce. He went the extra mile to be nice, and to keep me informed. He was great t to work with. Helped me every step of the way. I have a family member looking to buy a vehicle next month and I will refer her to Bryce so she can have a fantastic experience I did? The finance department was easy to work with. Very smooth.

I'll give two starts because of the service department. They are really good and take care of anything you asked. I would recommend service dept to anyone needs to do the service. But do not buy or trade-in cars here. They do anything to bring the customers to the dealership. The prices they offer is just number they change them when you are going to finalize the deal. They only need your money they will lie to your face to get the profit. I was about to trade-in a vehicle to them and they offer fair price online. Then I bring the vehicle to them and conformed the price and arranged the date to finalize the deal. Just before I go to the dealership I send them a msg to tell I'm coming to the dealership now. Then they reduce the trade-in price by $2000. What about the price we talked before. Now they are saying that value only apply if I buy something from them. If they offer good trade-in they will markup from the sale. Or if the reduce the new car price they will catch them from trade-in. Every dealership do this but this dealership is in another level. Stay away from trade-in or buying new vehicles. Young offer better service and they stick to their numbers.

We had a good experience at Murdock Hyundai. The sales team was very helpful and worked with us to take care of everything and made it very easy to get the paperwork and car ready to go. Our sales rep Alex was very helpful and got us in and out of many vehicles to try and find the one we want that was the best fit and worked with her team to get the best price and options for us. She was very diligent and worked with us all day to make sure we got the car we wanted and felt good about the purchase.

He had a lot of patience with me in answering all of my questions, as well as waiting for me to buy the vehicle at the time that worked best for me. He’s very pleasant to work with. I have been a Murdock customer for years. They have the best service department. They go above and beyond. I just recently purchased another vehicle and Alex was my sales person. I would recommend her to everybody if I could. She listen to me she didn’t make it feel like a sales pitch. She made me feel like a person. And was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process.
