We were navigating through the process of finding and buying a new car and included a stop at Murdock Hyundai of Logan. Colby was the sales person who helped us. He did his job well and we sealed a deal on a new car. There was one unresolved issue however. The second key fob was missing and after five days we have not heard any more about it. Hopefully it will be delivered to us soon.

Great Service Department. I was treated professionally and courteously. The repairs I needed were done right and in a timely manner, and they kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and when I could reasonably expect to pick up my vehicle.

Diego and his assistant (I'm so sorry but I forgot her name) were very helpful and knowledgeable! He was able to tell me all the information on my new car! He got me the best deal for my old car! With having my previous car bought through Murdock, all my extra add ons (maintenance package, warranty) were transferred over to this new car and that made it so my monthly payments did not go up! He helped work out a deal to get me some good tires and a ceramic coating to better protect my new car!!

My experience in buying a used car was great! Colby was able to provide the information I needed concerning the history of the vehicle I was looking at and was able to take items of concern into consideration. The sale went quick and smooth. I was able to get everything in place before making the 2 hour drive to the dealership and there were no hiccups in finishing the sale. Thank you for a great experience!

Very disappointed!!!! I traded my car with Palisade And was valued at 21k. A check for That amount will be sent, but until now I haven’t received it. And it’s been 3 weeks. I called the finance a week after and almost every day for asking the check. He said he would check and call me back. But he didn’t. I called again the day after and said they had a customer. At least, you let me know when gonna send the check coz I need to make a payment. But I don’t hear anything from you.

Our car died several miles up Logan canyon. We were able to get a ride back into Logan to Murdock Hyundai. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were kind and helpful. In the end, our car needed extensive repair, so they provided us with a loaner car so we could get to our family event. We were very impressed with their concern for us in what was a distressing situation for a couple of old folks.
