We have taken our truck in to them several times to have an oil leak fixed every time we take it in they say that it is a different leak so they charge us again. One time they even had it on the bill that it was fixed in that spot but when it went back in because it was still leaking they said that it hadn't been fixed and billed us another 800.00 plus dollars and guess what when we got it home it is still leaking. We have decide not to take it back again because we have spent well over $1500.00 and don't want to be charged again to fix the same oil leak.

Really Scott? I saw my car being driven with your dealer plate on it a month after i turned it in to you. Also onstar kept emailing me that it was past due for an oil change 2 months after i turned it in to you in january. Denial does not always work

We bought our last car at Murdock and had great results. All of our extended family purchase their vehicles through them as well. This last purchase was far less than satisfactory. Beware : their 3 month warranty apparently doesn't cover anything! We have spent almost $2,000 in repairs on a vehicle that is only 2 years old. We have only had it for three months. We were promised that their mechanic made sure everything was operable and in good condition. We have taken to two different mechanics and both of them said that both the repairs should have been caught and have been there for more than three months. We will not be using Murdock in the future!

Hands down the best automobile purchase experience I've had, thus far. Here are the reasons I gave them a 5-star review and would buy from them again; I'd recommend to a friend or family to follow suit. We walked into a clean showroom. We were shown an organized and well laid out service department. There was a waiting area complete with snacks, drinks, WiFi and a TV. * Usually this is not part of a rating, but it's nice to not have to sit at a salesmen's desk chair haphazardly placed or hardback elementary school chairs when having a conversation or waiting for a vehicle to be serviced. As for the sales staff: They did not hover around the front door waiting for someone to step foot on the lot so they could push that sale. Every person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and seemed to have our interests at the top of their priority list. They were willing and able to answer all of our questions with confidence and provide the correct information. If you're in the market for a vehicle, let the great people at Murdock Chevy/GM in Logan, UT help you out. Two in particular, Mr. Dan Anderson and Mr. Skylar Hobbs are awesome to work with. Dan, is part of the sales team, and made sure that our experience didn't included any regrets or an ounce of buyer's remorse. Skylar was the individual that helped to seal the perfect vehicle for us. All of our needs and wants were identified, located, and acquired, all the while staying well within the agreed upon price point and timeframe.
