Shawn at Mr. Mac was great to work with. He took the time to ask me questions and listen to what was important for me in a suit and other attire. He also grabbed relevant clothing options for me to try on before I was ready to make my purchase.I plan to come and buy from Mr. Mac in Logan again.

Obscenely poor tailoring, the suit did not fit me which was just extremely disappointing considering how amazing the rest of the experience was.Edit: I took the suit to my own tailor who informed me there was no evidence of tailoring at all to either the pants or the suit jacket. Do not waste your money at Mr.Mac’s.

If you ever wanted the gas station hot dog equivalent of a clothing store, here it is. Walking in the first impression is "trashy". This isn't the place to dress for a fancy function, or for businessmen to impress their bosses. This is where your uncle Derrick goes on the off chance he gets invited to your wedding, in between watching football and beating his wife.Also like a gas station hot dog, the prices are insultingly high, even for suits. You can go to any other store and find the same suit from the same brand for at least $100 less.Avoid this place like the plague.

Mr Mac went above and beyond and thank you doesn’t seem like enough. At my daughter’s wedding , one of the groomsmen had ordered a tux from another store and town and they forgot to put his pants in the bag. He noticed 2 hours before the wedding. I called Mr. Mac in Logan and asked if they had anything at all in the color we needed and size. They had the waist but their pants don’t come hemmed. We figured we would iron and pin lol… But the gentleman said he had a seamstress that would do that for us asap and I had someone driving through town to the wedding that picked them up and brought them to us with 10 minutes to spare. No one could tell which groomsman showed up without pants. I feel this should be your commercial lol. Thanks you so much for going the extra mile and saving the day. It was very kind and the pants were perfect. Bravo!

They didn't want to sell me a suit. They were all standing around when I came in. No other customers were in the store. Had to ask for help and everyone seemed like it was a burden I was in there.

Well worth the 3-hour drive for us. So if you live closer to Mr Mac, you'll get even more value. We had looked online from various stores and in the brick and mortar stores from other companies in Idaho and just couldn't get products in stock. It's crazy these days how little men's dresswear there is available. Mr Mac in Logan was a 3-hour drive from us but we showed up when they opened on Saturday morning and were able to get almost everything we wanted--even if we had to adjust our list a bit to match their inventory. Mr Mac gives a "missionary discount" which is deep off sticker price. And, if you don't have much yet, they can put packages together that are really discounted and easy. (In our case, we were just filling gaps, so we didn't use the packages. But otherwise we would have, for the price.) Very nice service. Obviously a decades-long reputation, too, although this is our first time shopping there. Go check them out!

Summary (details below): poor salesmanship, poor customer service (unless you clearly state that you are frustrated), poor altering.I came here to get a suit for my wedding. The "salesman" who "helped" me very clearly didn't know much about suits or about salesmanship. The first suit he had me try on was much too big through the shoulders (the part about a suit you can't alter) and he told me it looked great. I pointed out to him that that it didn't fit through the shoulders, and he replied, "oh yea, I see that". I found a suit that I felt pretty good about, but was concerned about the slits (vents) in the back. This suit was double vented, and I'd heard before that those are really hard to bring in around the waist (for my shoulder width, my waist is very narrow). When I asked this guy about it, he told me that it wouldn't be a problem.He marked the suit, and told me that they would call me in 2 weeks when it was done. 2 weeks came and went, and no call. I called them and they told me it was ready. I tried it on, and it was clearly altered poorly. The suit coat flaps were not straight and the vents in the back were screwed up. Long story short, they altered it 2 more times, and never did get it right. When I called them to see if it was done the 3rd time, they said it was. I went in to have it looked at, and it was almost the worst job yet. About 3 seconds after I put it on, the owner said to me "yep, that's screwed up." He immediately told me he would take it to the "best tailor he knows".30 minutes later, the owner called me and told me that the suit coat I had purchased was very screwed up (my guess is because the way it had been altered the previous 3 times). He was on his way to Ogden to pick up a new coat for me. I met him the next day to have the other tailor (not associated with Mr. Mac) look at and adjust my suit. This other guy, Eduardo, did an excellent job and very quickly. By the time I had Eduardo do it, Mr. Mac had had the suit I bought for almost 2 months.Long story short:Complaints:- sold me a suit that would be a pain in the butt, but told me that it wouldn't be a problem- only called me once the whole almost 2 months (and that was the day I picked it up)- had my suit for 2 months- because of poor marking and unskilled eyes, they altered this suit 3 times and had somebody else do it onceGood things:- once you make a stink, the owner really kicked it in gear and bent over backwards to get a new suitcoat and have it done the right way.most of this trouble would have been saved if they had just sold me a suit that wouldn't have been difficult to alter.

Ordered a suit in here for my fiancé and first some kid “fitted” him but he oblivious didn’t know anything about fitting cause when we got it back 2 months later it was 3X to big. Another guy helped us after that and was super nice and tried fixing the problem and having it fit him better, got it the day before pictures and it was still to big. Had no time to fix it before Pics so now we have a suit that looks horrible cause it’s so big on him. I’d never go back
