Recently bought a truck that was repaired by Miller. Allegedly it was backed into while moving down the road, damaging the bedside, and knocking the rear axle out on one side. Clearly the previous owner wasn't as observant as I am after the repairs, as he told me this is the way he got it back after the "accident". He was apparently told it had a new axle and new leaf springs under the rear end. The Miller's lifetime warranty folder was in the center console. Absolutely terrible repair done to this poor truck. Apparently the truck needed a bedside, suspension work and some minor work to the cab corner. It quite literally looks like a high school body shop did the work. They replaced the right leaf spring pack only....on a truck with 200k on it.....so now the right side sits higher than the left. The left side rear leaf pack is still compromised and twisted... Oh but better yet, the right side of the rear axle is 1/2" off square than what the left is. Thrust is way way off from where it should be. The paint doesn't match and is noticeable even to a child... I certainly would never, ever, take my vehicle to them and suggest the same for others. Do better Miller, every repair counts.

Dishonest Practices
Had my car for almost two months
I recently received services from Miller Autobody, about a week ago. Upon arrival I noticed my check engine light was on and windshield had sustained a large crack that had not been there before and was not present in any of the photos taken be me (at the scene of the accident), or by the autobody immediately upon the vehicles arrival at the shop. Once I confronted the shop about this, they attempted to tell me that there was nothing they could do about it, and told me it was simply a rock chip that I needed to get fixed myself, and tried to claim that their “photos were not good enough to prove that it wasn’t there before.” However I had looked over their shoulder and seen the photos myself, and I saw absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of the photos, nor did I see the presence of a rock chip (I even watched him zoom in), so I decided to call the insurance.
The insurance agent, his manager, and I looked over photos of my car together and did not even see the rock chip that these guys were claiming occurred (also worth mentioning that I had JUST got my windshield replaced right before the accident). The insurance then asked me to provide them with a photo of the current crack, so upon asking to take a photo (since my car was in the bay) they told me that they could provide me with photos of it and initially would not let me take a photo, the insurance agent was not okay with this and basically stated that “no, it is your car, you take the photo, and I won’t accept a photo unless you’re the one that took it,” so with that being said they finally let me in to take some photos. It very much felt like they had dropped something on it and were not willing to take responsibility until the insurance made them. On top of this I noticed a small amount of cash missing from my center console (not a big enough amount to make a stink over but worth mentioning). These guys aren’t very honest, I will never take my car here again. On top of this they had my car for almost two months, it felt like there was zero sense of urgency.

Jeff and Jody were awesome to work with. My work van required some parts to be ordered in, and they were very good at letting me know timeframes. It looks brand new once they were done! I would highly recommend anyone who needs a vehicle worked on.

I had a business done here a little bit ago, and the person I was with did not complain about it, so it is probably good.
Washed my car here once, it was EXTREMELY muddy and it fixed it.

My car was taken here after an accident... they lost my keys and my ins cannot finish inspection office staff especially the blonde with glasses is very very rude every time I have had to deal with her. very unprofessional how does an auto shop lose someone keys!!!

The front desk was very standoffish but that’s not my concern. It’s wild to me that I went in to get a paint restoration service done and came away with paint that looks worse than when it when in. The swirls that were left in my paint look like they just attacked it with a scouring pad. So much for knowing how to work with paint.
