One time I arrived at 6pm and the doors were closed (store hrs 10a-8p). The store rep was inside, shook his head "nope"and went and hid in the back room.

I arrived at this location within the posted hours 10-8 however I waited Infront of the store until 10:30 for them to open. Must be nice to get paid to not work and be irresponsible and not show up early to open on time... These stores are a joke but if you have to deal with them go to the other location.

Came in to transfer my phone number easy enough. But they made my phone number wrong, threw away the other sim card (I paid for that too), made my service completely unusable and then made me pay for another month of service at my other phone provider while still not having service on my phone. Whatever you guys are doing at this store you need to do better and the fact I paid just to have no phone service for almost 2 weeks is almost comedic at this point. If they got better Management or ironed out the kinks or maybe just DONT THROW CUSTOMERS SIM CARDS AWAY WITHOUT KNOWING FOR SURE YOU TRANSFERRED THEM PROPERLY. Couldn't recommend any less.

I appreciated the store representative "Maxamilliano" for respecting my stance on not wearing a mask, and stepping outside the store to answer all of my questions in a very respectful and hospitable manner. T-Mobile, you guys have wonderful in person customer service!

Excellent service, helped my wife switch her phone over from xfinity, she got a new iPhone and we like the service. It's fast and I get better reception and lower cost than Verizon.
