I've been with metro pcs for about 11 years and all I can say is Brandon and John are the greatest employees I've ever encountered. Any problems, fixed immediately which have been very few. Prices are amazing and they all deserve 10 stars. Just amazing service and people. It feels like family at this point. I highly recommend this company sincerely Dave

I showed up the day after Christmas at 11 am. Metro were supposed to be open according to google, but alas, the door is locked and a sign in the window states *be back in 10 minutes*Whoever is managing this spot needs to know the employees are taking "10 minute" breaks that last up to 40 mins. Or longer. Thanks for making me waste my time in the morning (: this has happened several times at this location.
