So I bought a car from this company and at first I thought they helped me out a lot. I started having issues with the car not starting and kept having to jump it. I thought maybe my inverter I had plugged in was killing it so I unplugged it and it was fine for a couple weeks. Now it’s happening again. Well, turns out they sold me a car with a bad battery.
What makes me upset is I’m within my 3 month or 3000 mile warranty and when I called the guy had zero customer service skills and told me there was nothing they would do about it. Why wouldn’t they have tested the battery in the first place? I thought I could trust these people and it’s seems like they just put up a front and say whatever they can to make you think you can trust them but cant follow through. Overall I'm disappointed. I would not recommend anyone to Markosian.
