Lowe's, always seems to have what I need. Their moto should be, "if we don't have it you don't need it"! LOL. Not Smith and Edwards. Everyone was helpful and nice.

Just bought a refrigerator and washer and dryer from Logan Lowe’s from Angie and she was so so helpful. Had to leave and measure and come back and she remembered us and helped us decide if the fridge would fit in our new house. Knowledge and incredible. She even gave us her card and let us know to contact her with anything.
I’ll recommend Lowe’s and Angie for anyone looking for appliances. So great.

I see why their rating is so low at that store. It’s definitely accurate. Probably should drop down a couple of points. We will not use any materials purchased from lowes nor will we be purchasing any more materials from them. All due to one guy with an attitude on a forklift. You just cost your company a quarter of a million $ in annual sales through us. The ASM was of no help as she walked up at the tail end of the dispute and didn’t even ask my side of what happened. Hopefully Marilynn fires the little jerk and MAYBE we’ll come back. Home Depot is where we’ll go now. I know ill be returning everything i stocked up on and a few tools i never opened

Purchased several items for a project that was far from Lowes. Rented a trailer, picked everything up and drove it 7 hours. Should have opened every box before we left the store. The vanity top was cracked. Called the manufacturer and they would only replace the backsplash. Called Lowe's and it sounded like they were going to discount it so we could have it repaired locally (new counter cut) but now they want everything driven back. Closest location is 4 hours away (8 hours return trip and another trailer rental). Lesson learned? Make them open everything up and inspect it before loading it at the store. That way you know if it is damaged before you get it home and have to pack it up and figure out what to do with it. Tony in plumbing tried to help. Managers didn't return calls.

Bought a beautiful SAMSUNG Stove less than 3 years ago. Today is the second time the "Motherboard" failed. The first time it failed was 2 weeks after it was purchased. Samsung did pay for a new motherboard and service however the service company was out of Provo and we had to wait nearly a month because the service company didn't have any other business happening in Tremonton so we had to wait until THEY wanted to come. Bad deal all around. I'll never purchase another Samsung product again! This isn't Lowes fault but it is the product sold by Lowes.

I do not live in the city the nearest lowes to me is located in so i called to check stock on a product i need for a project im trying to complete . After being on hold for several minutes i was automatically transfered back to the main desk. She asked what department I was holding for. I told her builing supplie and she transfered me back to hold. After many more minutes on hold i was hung up on. Really poor customer service!

Terrible customer service. I would not do business with Lowe's and especially this location. I was told I could have flooring delivered to SLC when I placed my order as it was the only location that had the flooring I wanted in stock. I paid the delivery fee. I get a voicemail from the shipping department and they said their truck was broken down. I called them back and said that's fine I didn't need the flooring for a few weeks anyway. They then call me back and said they will be unable to deliver my floor for no reason at all. I would have been okay if they would have told me this up front and instead lying about their truck being down because they didn't want to deliver my order. They cancelled my order without asking me or offering any solution. Don't do business with this company if you need anything delivered!!!

I was trying to take back some flooring I didnt use and they wouldnt take it back. It took over 30 days to get to me when I ordered it and so by the time I brought back the part I didnt need it was over 90 days. I wasn't told about the 90 days. I was told there may be a 20% restocking fee. I would have been more than happy to have to pay a 20% restocking fee. I would have been happy with in store credit!!! but they would return over 600 worth of flooring. I hate this store and will never go back. I work in customer service and know that exceptions can be made!!

I'm starting to hate this store. They don't take returns of even brand new, never used items. They won't even give me store credit. New never opened ever. Still in packaging?! My last attempt at returning an item never opened. They said I didn't buy it here because they don't carry them even though they have them on there shelves and I brought one to them. All I wanted was a straight across return of the right one. They make it very difficult.

Very well organized, helpful staff, good variety, and employees wear masks. However, it may be important to remind employees that masks should cover mouth and nose, not just mouth or chin., and then ensure enforcement.

After years of giving this location chance after chance I'm done. I hope this location goes out of business. I will never set foot in the Logan Lowe's again after today. Everytime I shop here there is at least one employee that is rude to me, and enough is enough. Lesson learned. I'll be spending my money solely at Home Depot from now on.

VERY HELPFUL STAFF! This location is always clean and has a great selection, and an especially good garden selection. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, particularly the ones who work in specific departments. This location seems to keep a handful of really knowledgeable people employed here for a long time, they are so great to work with. I have been shopping here for the better part of a decade, this location is consistent and reliably awesome. It's always an adventure here at Lowe's! Great work :)

Mike is the nicest guy EVER! He's so helpful and makes shopping at Lowe's awesome! He answers all of your questions to make sure you're getting just what you need. We know nothing about paint... and he made sure we knew just the right kinds we needed.
