Well, was going to get some glasses about to years ago. Had an appointment, things fell through, and about two weeks ago from when this review was made. I made my way back to fulfill a long over due appointment. Their facility is always clean, well kept, and comfortable. Feels like home, and the staff are always welcoming. Of course I was drawn back because of how well organized and warm the establishment is kept. When proceeding with my eye appointment I was amazed and awe struck at the Doctor’s speed and passion for eye care. When it was time to order my glasses, the helpful nature, and well rounded knowledge was comforting knowing everything would be handled in a professional manner. Highly recommended for all ages, all sects of life, and anyone looking to know the know of where their eye health is and how to tackle the problem at hand. Much Love and Respect, I’ve had a constant head ache for 3 plus years, and finally can See!

The people are friendly and helpful. The glasses are high-quality. I came in with a repair and he was able to fix it quickly. They went the extra mile to make sure my glasses were spot on. He answered all my questions.

As an eye care professional myself, I have worked with Logan Optical for over 30 years. I have no financial ties with them. They have consistently done high quality work, been kind and conscientious, and have bent over backwards whenever my patients have had any issues. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding customer service! I went to 4 other places in town before checking out Logan Optical. I'm glad I decided to visit Logan Optical before making a decision. The contrast was remarkable. Everyone at Logan Optical was kind and welcoming. The frames they carry are high quality and I received them in a timely manner. It was a very different and surprisingly pleasant experience compared to the other places I went to in town.

I had a small screw pop out of my glasses while traveling. I wasn't sure where to get it fixed and readjusted, but Logan Optical took care of it without charging me anything. I really would recommend everyone to check them out. The customer service, professionalism, and everything else was amazing!

I walked in and was able to receive quick, professional care when getting my glasses adjusted. The woman assisting me was friendly, experienced, and made certain that I was happy with my glasses adjustment. I was encouraged to return if I need further adjustments and I will happily do so! Wonderful experience!

My glasses broke while on vacation and Logan optical was recommended by my daughter. It was a case of feeling at home immediately! They were welcoming, engaging, and entertained me while I waited. I watched other customers receive the same treatment. In a society of big chains, this was a breath of fresh air. I would definitely recommend this service again and again.

We rarely if ever write google reviews—but taking the time to give Logan Optical five stars is the least that we can do for such a great local business and group of people. Jeff and the Logan Optical team are the best!! We have been Logan Optical customers for nearly two decades and have never had anything less than an amazing experience. They know their customers and always go above and beyond to make sure that you know they sincerely care about you and your needs. Their prices are excellent, and they are well informed on pertinent insurance benefits. If we could give them 10 stars we would!!
