I would leave no stars if I could. This company does not take the time to do any job thoroughly or well, it's clear. Immediately after they installed our sprinklers, we noticed there were many dead spots in our lawn... after contacting them many times they finally came out to look at it (our grass was basically dead by then). Turns out, one of the sprinklers was broken... even though it was brand new and had barely been installed. Then on the other sections, the sprinkler heads didn't even reach full range so they weren't watering all of our lawn. Additionally, a sprinkler valve broke 3 months after they installed it but somehow it isn't their responsibility to fix. How does that make sense... parts should not be breaking a few months after installation if they were installed correctly to begin with. Would never recommend this "company"... the only reason we went through them is because our contract goes directly though them, if you have the option to go with someone else, I highly recommend it.

Horrible. I just had grass put in last week and I have dead spots all over where water clearly isn’t hitting. They also placed two sprinkler heads within 3 inches of each other in my backyard and it’s completely pointless. They left a mess of dirt and rocks on our driveway and back patio. How this company is still in business is beyond me. Terrible terrible terrible.

First and foremost, the grading and leveling of the yard were poorly executed. It was evident from the uneven terrain and patches of uneven ground that proper care was not taken during this crucial step. The lack of precision in leveling the ground has not only compromised the aesthetics of my yard but also poses potential hazards.
Moreover, it is baffling to me how a professional landscaping company could overlook such a fundamental aspect of their job. Ensuring that the ground is adequately leveled before laying down the grass should be standard practice. However, it appears that Lindsay Landscaping failed to adhere to this basic principle, resulting in subpar workmanship.
As a customer, I expected better attention to detail and professionalism from Lindsay Landscaping. Unfortunately, their negligence has left me with a yard that does not meet my expectations. I would caution anyone considering their services to thoroughly vet their capabilities and perhaps look elsewhere for their landscaping needs.

Bought a new house, they told me landscaper will be in touch. No contact, woke up to workers laying sod where I didn’t want it.

They’ll steal the water from your house and water trees with it and when confronted they get mad and say they didn’t do anything wrong. Well who pays my water bill? Thanks for taking water from the water Spicket on the side of my house. Even my landlord called the boss of this company and spoke with the HOA. Would love for y’all to make this right

Will not answer your calls or texts! Very unresponsive. They didn’t secure their load in their truck. I ended up hitting a bucket that flew off the back. Broke my skid plate to my car. Employees said they didn’t have their insurance information and gave me the owners number. Have called several times and texted with no response. They know this is their fault and are avoiding the problem. Seems like other people have had issues as well. Don’t bother wasting your time or money on this company. They are crooks.

My son works for another provider in the valley. He was working on a job and had one of Lindsay Landscapes managers come and yell at him because he was apparently mad at my son's boss. My son tried to explain he was just a worker. But this guy was going nuts on him! No offense but who yells at a young kid when your a middle aged man! I've heard nothing but these kind of issues when people have had to deal with this company. My kid was just working and had to deal with that! I told my son to call the cops if this ever happens again. So leave people alone.

Do not use this company . They will completely mess your property up. They cannot follow property lines correctly and will place sprinklers on the wrong side of your property line. They will not fix any problems they cause. The owner doesn't care about his customers or his company .

We purchased a new home through Visionary Homes. Lindsay Landscaping was the contractor for our yard. They have been extremely slow to finish our (very small) yard for sprinklers and sod. We moved in the end of August and were told our yard would be in within a month. We do not even have the trenches filled in from when they started the sprinklers. We have reached out to our Visionary rep multiple times, only to be told that someone will come and they never do. Awful experience. It is now fall and our yard is a huge mud mess and hazard because of the trenches.

After a phone call and being told they would come give me a quote, they never showed up. I called and texted multiple times with no response and was even understanding with them. I wouldn't even get a quote from them cause it probably will be a waste of your time.

I tried to set up an estimate multiple times. They never showed and weren't sincere. I gave them one last chance and once again no call no show. Ridiculous. Completely unprofessional.

We had Lindsey landscaping do our yard this fall. They were able to get here earlier than scheduled and it was go,gogo from start to finish. They listened to what we wanted made changes on the run and we are extremely proud of how it turned out. I can’t use enough adjectives to describe how pleased we are. We highly recommend this company for their professionalism service and time on task. Thank you Marshall and crew.

We were very disappointed with Lindsay Landscaping’s lack of communication. Despite several attempts (phone calls, Voice messages, texts, emails) on our part to get a bid, we received absolutely no response from them until they showed up one morning and started dumping top soil (weeks after they originally told us they would come). Even then, they didn’t give us any information regarding the cost. It felt pretty sketchy that we were kept completely in the dark so we chose not to hire them to do any more of the work. The reason they get two stars instead of one is because Jason, the guy who spread our top soil, did good work. So if you don’t care about a schedule or a price, then you might give them a try.
