No idea about how they are at their job, but their drivers need training on how to drive their vehicles. An L&W driver today took a lot of gaps he shouldn’t have on turns, almost hit a jogger, and almost hit a guy on an e-bike at the round about. All within 4 blocks of being behind the truck. As someone who has driven bigger vehicles, I expect better. Can’t be driving a utility truck like a Honda Civic.

I really like L&W! Especially the Ogden location! Burt is awesome ?... the Logan location, on the other hand.... Not so much. It seems like Their staff is just too important or busy eating to actually help the customer. Our business spends multiple million dollars a year from this supplier. Maybe they could at least give us the time of day and not act like it's inconvenient to their job!

Meet Manny, Enrique, and Benjo. If you’ve recently built in Cache Valley there’s a chance that one of these fine gentlemen carried the drywall into your home. They are the unsung heroes on the front lines of this historic housing boom. They were kind, and professional and oft go unnoticed for the hard work they do for the interior walls of this valley. They have a great sense of humor and are happy to be of service. Drywall isn’t light, they handled it with care and ease. Landon, if you’re reading this, it’s time to consider giving them a raise. Don't buy from them, they tell you one thing and do another. I ordered for my whole house and they said they would take back the extra full sheets. They were late delivering it in the first place. And when I called about picking up the extra they said they would come out later that week. But they didn't come until 1 month later after I called them multiple times per week. Then it took 2 more weeks to get a refund after calling 6 or more times. Everytime I called they would say that the person who does that is out of the office and they would call me back. After 20 plus calls and leaving a message each time I never received a call back. Don't work with these guys!!!!

These guys are fabulous! Great service, great products. I was running a bit late for my pick up and so they were loading past their closing time. Not only were they still cheerful but even threw in a tie down to boot to carry the load. I haven’t experienced that level of generosity and great customer service in a long time. Highly recommend. ??

I’ve noticed y’all like shorting people sheets of Sheetrock!! they shorted my buddy almost 50 sheets on his house!!! And not Jsut him I know multiple jobs have been shorted. If you buy from l&w make sure you count you’re sheetrock or anything before starting the project

Place an order earlier this week, was told it would be delivered Friday morning. I paid significantly more for the product because they said they would stock my basement. I’ve been waiting at the house all day with absolutely no communication from L&W despite multiple calls to them. No response. A simple phone call letting me know it wasn’t coming would have been much appreciated. Apparently only one guy there knows what’s going on and he is “out of the office running errands.” I’m just a homeowner so the loss of my business won’t affect these guys at all, but I’ll never buy from them again.

Great customer service and AMAZING delivery crew! Not only did they carry our order downstairs, they placed piles in each room/section when it would have been easier just to stack it all in one place, which is what I had suggested. So kind and quick!
