My dad's glasses were missing a screw. They had not been purchased in the area so wasn't able to take them where he had gotten them from. I took them to Krystal Vision to see if they would repair them. They not only fixed the one side with the missing screw but noticed that the other side was about ready to lose it's screw also and repaired that side as well. As the glasses were handed back to me, I asked how much money for the repair. The response was "Nothing, just give us a good Google review." so here it is! Thanks Krystal Vision!

In an era where very few businesses provide customer service Krystal Vision is a unicorn. I’ve worn glasses for over 50 years and am very hard on my glasses. Every time I go to Krystal Vision they treat me like a family member or long lost friend. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they truly want you satisfied. One of the best businesses I’ve ever dealt with.

Went in to get new lenses and left with what felt like brand new frames, everything tight and fitting perfectly (that's saying something after two volleyballs and a paint roller to the face). Thank you Krystal Vision for the perfect fit!

Wow! What an amazing experience we had with Krystal Vision! My 4-year-old had just been given a strong glasses prescription and we were headed out of the country only a few days later. We were so worried about getting him his new glasses before leaving. Krystal Vision did everything they possibly could to get them to us in time, and they did! We are so grateful for their outstanding customer service and kindness!

We can’t say just how much we loved our experience purchasing glasses here! We bought Nano glasses for our daughter. They offered this great brand and others at the most reasonable pricing we have found in the valley or online and did the work to get us reimbursed from our insurance. They were so straightforward and included all the things we needed for her glasses in the amazing pricing. They also cut their own lenses so they were fast at ordering the frames, putting the lenses in and having everything ready to go in under a week. The staff were so kind, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable! Would 100% return to purchase again.

Krystal Vision is hands down the best glasses store I have ever been to. I get headaches easily from my glasses and they listened to my concerns and helped me pick a perfect frame and took the time to adjust them multiple times until they felt 100% comfortable. They also went above and beyond to help us find a pair of glasses my daughter would like when she requested orange glasses. I’m a customer for life and I recommend them to anyone who wears glasses. They know what they are doing.

I thought I had left a review for these guys already. I'm sorry I didn't because they are AMAZING. They have great opponents on how glasses look on you, and happy to help you choose the right pair. (Which I loved!) They are super easy to work with, understanding, and take care of you! I really like their selections. Usually I have 1-2 pairs I like. There were several here that made it difficult to chose. I was glad to be told about their amazing service. And I just found out they have another location that do exams! Best place in town!

This is a family owned and operated store. Travis, Amy et Al., are all amazing to help you pick out your next frame and advise as to what lens will work best for you. My wife and I have been going to this store for well over a decade and have always appreciated the kindness and warmth with how we’re treated and the quality of the glasses we’ve purchased. If there ever is an issue with a frame or your lenses, this place stands behind their products and service 100%. This is the only place in Logan where I’ve found unique frames and if you don’t find what you like, Travis will make a custom pair for you. This is hands down the best optical store in Logan and operated by some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The next time you need or want new glasses, this should be your destination.

You guys! The team that works here is fantastic to work with. I went in as a stubborn customer wanting a very specific set of glasses because I have terrible vision and am allergic to contacts. They didn’t even hesitate; I was immersed into a fun experience where I tried on at least 20 pairs of glasses of all kinds (plastic, titanium, stainless steel, and some of their custom-made ones), and they helped me narrow down my options. I found some outstanding glasses and I love that Krystal Vision could implant mini magnets into the lenses so I can have sunglasses wherever I go (and don’t have to buy prescription sunglasses). I’d highly recommend this store! I’ve never enjoyed buying glasses so much, and I believe this is my 9th pair (I’ve never had more than one pair at a time).

The best optical store in Logan. These folks know what they're doing! If they don't have something you like, they make custom frames.Their prices are better than with insurance.Tabryn adjusted my frames for me a few weeks ago and they're like they were new.I love this place!Go here first!
