The price is decent (though they just raised it recently) and the space is good. It is a bit further away from town though.They seem to be always having gate problems, whether it’s just open all the time or the code doesn’t work or they change to a whole new “temporary” code system and then the gate is still just wide open a lot.They don’t seem to be very quick to fix those issues but they’re sure quick to lock up your shed if you’re even a day late on payment. And very slow to take the lock off once you do pay it. It’s also impossible to get ahold of anyone, phone number doesn’t work.

You pay your bill and you get a storage unit. Its secure and well lit and you have 24 hour access. There isn't a manager who thinks they are the local police breathing down ur neck every time u go to your unit. I would give 5 stars but the snow removal needs a little work. The burm in the center of the isle makes it hard to get a trailer to your door at a right angle. This place is really a great deal if your looking for someplace to store your stuff.

This man owns many storage places in cache valley. Our experience of him was extremely decieptful, he doesn't deserve any stars... I absolutely wouldn't ever rent from him EVER again after what he did. Very dishonest. What he did was illegal. When you're behind on your storage bill they're supposed to give you time to pay it, which he did, but this man, breaks off the lock on your storage shed before the time is up that you have to pay him, then goes through your very personal items, positions what he feels will sell best & takes photos of them. Does all of this BEFORE you've even had a chance to pay, not sure if he advertises them or not, that'd be nice to know though! Then he charges you for the lock he broke off so he could rummage his slimy hands through your personal possessions. Which btw WE ARE MISSING THINGS! So looks like we'll be heading to court with this one! Kinda knew that was coming anyhow! When you pay a person close too $400, & the bill is $55 a mth, two mths later he has it jacked back up to nearly $400 AGAIN, this time we questioned it with him, recorded the call, he hangs up on us, so we get police involved, lot of good that did us, he manipulated that cop, this man knows what he's doing, made us look bad for not paying our bill, even though we couldn't figure out why he had it so high, guess we're just easy targets. Then he tells us we better have our stuff out in 3 days because WE'RE the problem.... hmmmm... yup... This was a Friday night. Couldnt get a uhaul to save our lives. Keep in mind we just paid him AGAIN, we go back & this man locked us out on Monday!
